I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. To start, I was shocked when they booked my appt for the next day from the time I called. Since my car was stuck in the garage until they could fix it, that alone won me over. Brandon was prompt, professional, communicated very well and was also very knowledgeable. Next year we plan on buying new doors and will come here to make that purchase. I recommend them - 100%!!

Garage door repairs including 2 new springs installed. Service Tech (Brandon Quast) was prompt, courteous, and he thoroughly explained the repairs that needed to be made. He electronically transmitted a photo copy of himself prior to his arrival for easy identification which was impressive. He completed the task in a timely manner with very satisfactory results. I have not previously use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, but after the professional repairs that were made on my garage door, I would continue to rely on them and highly recommend their craftmanship to our neighbors.

I had a grea experience with the repair service from Precision Overhead Garage Door. Came out the next day after my call. Kept us informed of their arrival time. Listened to my questions and concerns. Quickly replaced the bottom rubber seal that was broken. Provided an overall assessment on the integrity of our current garage door with some good suggestions for future maintenance work. Justin answered all of my questions plus he was training a new employee! Highly recommend them!!
