I had a grea experience with the repair service from Precision Overhead Garage Door. Came out the next day after my call. Kept us informed of their arrival time. Listened to my questions and concerns. Quickly replaced the bottom rubber seal that was broken. Provided an overall assessment on the integrity of our current garage door with some good suggestions for future maintenance work. Justin answered all of my questions plus he was training a new employee! Highly recommend them!!

Our technician, David Lenhardt , was friendly, courteous, and punctual. He showed me what he would need to do and then gave me the quote. It cost a bit more than I thought it was going to, but the parts have a lifetime warranty. David finished in about 2.5 hours, then showed me how to work everything.
