He and Harley did a great job installing the new openers and explaining the operation with me afterward, including having me set the code for the outside keypads. They also assessed other parts that needed to be replaced after 15+ years. Highly recommended!

Justin was awesome fixing the garage door issue at our house today. He took time to hear what the issue was and then worked, in 38 degree garage, to get the garage door working. During testing, he noticed the door wasn't opening quite as it should and so he replaced the springs as they were working as expected. After several adjustments and up/down tests, the garage door is now working properly and efficiently. He also walked me through regular maintenance is needed to keep it working. Thank you Justin, 5 stars!!!

We had everything replaced last year in May 2023 when we purchased a new garage door opener. When I say everything, I mean tracks, rollers everything but the doors themselves. Our setup was over 32years old. We purchased the opener from Overhead & they did the installation in a timely manner and up to October 2024 we have not had any problems. Because of an error on our part backing into the garage we knocked something loose off the track with the sides view mirror of our car & the garage door would not go down all the way. The Precision Tech saw the problem right away & had it corrected in a matter of minutes. We were prepared to pay for a Service call, but the Service Tech. said "NO CHARGE". We were shocked and overjoyed. I will say last year when we had everything replaced but the door & we got a top notch opener with battery backup & camera it was costly. But we needed a product that was dependable. And we needed a Company that is dependable to be there when we need them and Precision Garage Door is the One in our opinion. Thank-you

My garage door torsion bring broke; and I was able to online chat with Jess on Saturday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was kept up to date and the service technician David called Wednesday with his arrival time. He arrived several minutes early and went right to work examining my garage door and in a very short period of time had several quotes for me. He knew my time crunch and worked quickly and efficiently; enabling me to get to my appointment on time. David is very courteous and conscientious. My garage door is now working and my garage is also cleaner than when David arrived.

I called Precision Door to come out and look at my garage door. Keep in mind, I own a house built in the 1940's, so i was worried my door would be too old for them to work on. Kevin, my technician, came out and foxed my door no prob. He didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. They were also right on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to any one in this area that needs help w/ any door problem.
