I as impressed with the speed in which they were able to schedule the appointment. They were able to fix my garage door and 8am on a sunday morning. The tech went over the rails of both garage doors and installed new wheels that are much quieter than the old metal wheels. He was very professional and was very up front about pricing and options. There was no "push" to increase the sales. would recommend them to anyone.

It was same day service with a technician named David. He did a thorough inspection with me and explained all issues, and answered all my questions. He explained all options with price upfront . We came home from vacation to find a broken garage door spring. I called ( on Memorial Day) to get an appointment. Amazingly I got scheduled for the next day ( today) in the morning. David arrived on time and was most courteous. He offered several options for the repair. Our equipment was pretty worn out and David repaired and replaced what was needed and was done quickly. I would certainly recommend Precision and David. It’s not often these days to find this level of service.

I noticed your add stated "Call 24 hours a day". So when my door spring broke at around 9:00 pm on Tuesday (Jan 10), I called. It was around 10:00 pm by then. Well, a real person, who was friendly and professional answered the phone, and was able to schedule my repair on the following Monday. Immediately after getting off the phone, I received a confirmation text and an e-mail with the details. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from my Service Tech David Lenhardt saying he was finishing up the call ahead of mine and that he would call again when he was on his way. Soon after, David called (as promised) and said he stopping for gas and some coffee, and was on his way. Get this, he even asked me if he could bring me some coffee or a soft drink! I thanked him but declined the offer, as I had just made coffee myself. Just before arriving, both my wife and I received a text message with David's photo and a brief Biography of him, along with a phone number to call if I had any questions. He arrived as promised, and in no time had the problem assessed, and offered me 3 different solutions. After choosing the plan of action, he had the door fixed in very short order and working good as new. I am very satisfied with the work and with David and everyone else involved.
