I wish I could give the company a different rating than the installers! Both men who came out to the house were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, etc. The company on the other hand- We were given a 2 week turn around estimate date and told we would be kept up to date when the door was ordered/arrived. I had to call 3-4 different times for updates and the date continuously got pushed out. On install day, they called 25 min before they were supposed to arrive to tell us our door was damaged and we had to wait 5 more days for another requiring changing our work schedules around to accommodate the install. If they kept us in the loop without us having to chase the information, the entire process would have been a lot less frustrating… we received the door over a month later. On a positive note- great installers and the door itself is beautiful now that it’s finally here!

Chris was very impressive. He said he was to check the garage door and its components. Before entering the house, he asked if he should remove his shoes. Very polite. He was professional when he found something wrong. He showed me where the problems occurred. He gave me three choices to what would best fit my budget. Upon my choice he went to work immediately. I am very pleased with his work. If there would be a need, I would certainly call Precision Garage Service.

I thought the process to get to the repair was kind of slow and involved a lot of explaining. Really, I just wanted my garage to work. It was also pretty expensive. But they came quickly and got it done and seemed to understand garage doors.

David and Quinn installed a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. on Thursday, January 23, 2025. They kept me informed when they would arrive. They seemed knowledgeable about the equipment. They were pleasant young men.

Job was done well but I felt like I was trying to be sold more than I needed. I had to make the same repair a few years ago before I had a new door installed and it was a couple hundred dollars less so I don’t know if it is inflation or something else. At least I can get my cars out!!!

When my spring broke and caused my opener to break, Precision came out 1 business day later. They prefaced the appointment with a call to understand what was going on and to inform me what to expect. Chris called me the morning of to let me know when he would be over and let me know he’d call 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Upon arrival Chris spoke to me and took the time to understand the problems, inform me of their process and then present me with several options for the repair. Upon choosing an option, Chris got to work and had my door in good working order shortly and explained what he did and the warranty on the work. Very professional, prompt, informative company. Would highly recommend! NOTE: If I had to note any negative it would be as others have said the price was much higher than anticipated however I was previously unfamiliar with garage repair so I really had no fair basis for what to expect.

I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

This is the second time I have called you for service. I backed into my door some time ago and the technician came and fixed it so we can get a little more time before we have to completely replace it, which is an expensive proposition right now. He gave us quotes to replace so we can begin to save, and we will call you when that time comes.

The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. Joe was professional, pleasant, punctual and thorough. He asked questions about what I wanted repaired and how the door was working prior to the spring breaking. Explained the inspection and showed what he found in detail. Presented options and completed the work and a timely and workmanlike manner.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

The service tech was courteous and professional and the work that was completed was done well. My only surprise was the $50 credit card fee that I discovered on my invoice after the fact. If I had been advised about the fee I would have used another form of payment.

The first service person I think was confused. He walked around a lot with IPAD in hand and seemed to be talking to someone with ear piece and a hidden mike. After an hour of pacing he put in a new spring above the front of the garage door. A nice young fellow but appeared lost with the mechanical issues. Johnathan, who came the next day, knew what he had to do and got right to work. He replaced and installed the new parts of the operator and its parts immediately. This took some time and he gave it a great effort. I was impressed with his workmanship. He is a wonderful worker.
