Fantastic service from Precision ! They gave me an appointment within 2 days of my initial request and arrived with everything needed to replace an outdated and somewhat unsafe 35 + year old system. The technician, David Allen, was very knowledgeable and provided several options for the replacement. I chose a new torsion system and couldn't be more pleased. It is so quiet and came with a motion detection overhead interior light, battery backup and exterior wireless key pad as well as an interior control pad with time of day and temperature features. None of these were present on my old system. Once everything was installed, I decided to request the same replacement items on my second garage door. David was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, once again showed up on time and completed the expert install in short order. Both door projects were completely cleaned up and old equipment removed. Best home improvement service I've ever had !
