This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors. They seem to out do themselves every trip. Thanks Precision Door and Geoff.

It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David, the technician, was on time, called earlier in the day with estimated time in the arrival window I schedule, and gave 30 minutes notice to his arrival. He was thorough in explaining his suggestions for fixing the door, including what was an immediate safety concern and what might break in the near future. He fixed the garage door in far less time than I expected.
