Christopher W took excellent care of my wife and I. I thought I had diagnosed the problem and it would be a simple fix but it turned out to be somewhat complicated. I have a very busy work schedule and Christopher was able to accommodate a quick but thorough repair. He was honest about pricing and gave me multiple options. He was timely, professional, courteous, and my wife loves the new set up. I will be using this company again if I ever have the need and recommending it to my friends and family.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician showed up on time, He was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. No one want tospend money fixing a garage door but it is an essential access to your house and your safety. I was givien three options. The work was finished quickly, all the parts were available and a 25 year old garage door functioned like new when he left, no mess at all.

I have used Precision in the past and have always been satisfied with the service. Today is no exception. Chris called and said that his first appointment had been cancelled and if it would be possible to come earlier. Already being awake I said of course. Then he asked me if I would like a hot cup of coffee since he was near a gas station. Very thoughtful. Once he arrived, I explained what the issues were and he went right to work. We had purchased the limited lifetime warranty, so he checked the springs, the motor and battery. We were having an issue with the wall control panel, so he looked at that also. He told me the signs if the battery was getting low as we had purchased it more than 3 years ago. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone. Keep up the great work!!

Precision Garage Door Service - We called Precision on May 5 and spoke to a person who had notes on our previous experience with them in March. I told them about our current problem with the door operating issues with opening and closure. They immediately scheduled a service provider to come the next day, May 6. Chris Daughtery, our service provider, provided excellent, professional service in a friendly kind way showing much concern and desire to fully fix the problem we had with our garage door operation. He fully identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. Our garage door now operates excellently. The overall experience with Chris was great, and he was so very kind, friendly and caring. He is obviously knowledgeable, well experienced and able to offer timely, quick outstanding service and repair. Precision Garage Door Service fully meets our expectations!

Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was positive from beginning to end. Our door malfunctioned on a Sunday, and it was helpful that even on Sunday we were able to talk with a live person. We set an appointment for Monday. Prior to the appointment, we received a text including the name and picture of the technician being sent. He arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. After asking a few questions and assessing the situation, he presented us with three options (good, better, best) with pricing. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.

Chris was so prompt for garage service. He called me when he was on his way, and offered to get me a drink at the gas station during re fuel. He explained a good, better, best scenario and helped us figure out what would be best for our garage based on the priority issues. The technician, Jonathan, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting my garage door as well as all its parts and components. He even took a look at the other door, which wasn’t being serviced. When he found the issue (broken spring), he presented me all the options and made some recommendations. Although not inexpensive, I trust that I was provided with a quality product replacement (new spring system) and service with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend Precision!
