Our garage door had a broken cable and had come off the track along with twisting a support. Chris Daughtrey was the tech who came out. Chris explained several options. He repaired the garage door and it works perfectly now. From the response time to the repair time was excellent .

The experience with your team was exceptional to say the least. I am throughly impressed with the technician that did the spring replacement on our door. Very knowledgeable in explaining everything and told me everything upfront that needed to happen to make it operational again. The amount of choices given was great also. Same day service was awesome and that you had later appointments to not interrupt my work schedule. A++++++ company to deal with for sure and to say the least I was WOWED by there service! My mom has gone through a tough time recently and Chris was so patient with us. He was the best of the best! The garage doors work beautifully and we are pleased with the new garage system. David was on time , ask questions about problems with the door, ran the door up and down several times and wrote a proposal for work he felt needed. New opener, springs, rollers, cables and 2 remotes and keypad. After he finished he went over what was done and he had me operate the door. I was satisfied with the work. David was very professional and efficient. Every thing was done professionally. I was satisfied with everything but the price!! Came out to a busted spring and needed whole system replaced. Tech was great and they came out within an hour on Sunday morning, Mother’s Day. Everything looks and works great. Wish I was a bit more diligent looking at pricing because it seems even with it being a holiday Sunday, most sources are saying I overpaid nearly $750-$1000. Great, speedy service and awesome tech overall.

David Eilers was punctual, knew his doors and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. It wasnt until I looked at the detailed receipt on my home computer I noticed the new rollers,10each at 24.95 totaling 249.50. I do not remember him asking if we wanted those and do not believe we needed them. Got my original invoice from AE door (2016) ;and the cost of the repairs today exceeded the total cost of the new door including installation. I am aware prices have gone up greatly in 10 years-however-due to the cost I would not contact your company again.

Came home to find broken garage door spring. Called Precision and they had a tech out within a few hours. Tech inspected everything and quoted repairs. I authorized him to replace springs, bearings, cables, and drums. Chris got right to work and had everything replaced in about 90 min. Very happy with quick response and repairs. Everyone i delt with were very nice.

Don't use these guys, very disappointing experience. I needed 2 garage door openers replaced. The tech showed up and basically suggested just about everything needed to be replaced if I wanted everything to be safe, including springs that were replace 2 years ago. Pricing was extremely high, and the total bill was 2x most other companies. The company I hired was extremely honest, upfront and no gimmicky selling, including components that were in great condition yet Precision said I needed them replace to have a safe garage door.

Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris was excellent in explaining all the options available I to replace a 20 year old opener. His installation work was outstanding and at the end he activated our remotes and car links. The new opener and nylon rollers reduce the door opening noise factor immensely.

These guys are terrific! Our garage door broke on Thursday evening. I went to Google, saw that they've been in business for over 20 years with close to a 5 star rating by over 2k customers, why would I call anyone else? First thing Friday morning, Justin arrived. He did a thorough inspection of the entire door, springs, parts and motor. He explained what the issue was, the proposed fix and the cost. He was professional, prompt and thorough. We were thrilled to have the door fixed along with a review of the work and direction for proper care moving forward. While we don't anticipate needing any service for years to come, we would only call Precision if we did!

He got our seriously dented door back on track and operational enough until our replacement door (with insulation and a better motor) arrives and can be installed. I called Precision Garage Door Service because my opener didn't want to lift my door. The technician, Harley C., arrived promptly in the time span I asked for and diagnose the problem quickly. It turns out my old opener was aging and he said the unresponsiveness between the wall button and the opener would likely continue and get worse. I decided to have a new opener installed which Harley proceeded to do. He was very polite and responsive to my questions and concerns. It was a job well done in my view and I would highly recommend this company.

I called this morning reporting an issue with my garage door. I was given an appointment for three hours later. I was called by the technician, David, 30 minutes before his arrival. He sent me a text message with his picture and a description of him and his personal Likes and dislikes. He and another gentleman came and evaluated. The issues with the garage doors gave us a quote for repairing them. They repaired the doors check them showed us how to program everything and program the openers inside the cars and programmed our phones to operate the garage doors. I would definitely Highly recommend this company! Very professional and reasonable

Harley was very professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and provided me with all the details I needed to make informed decisions. I would have liked to spend the money (looking at the ~$1800 option), but this was my first quote and interaction with a tech in this field. I wouldn't be doing my part as an informed consumer if I went with the first quote I saw. Him waiving the service fee the meeting is a good sales tactic and I appreciate his hustle. That will be a part of my thought process after I get at least one more quote.
