Great and friendly service! Garage door looks amazing!

I called this morning reporting an issue with my garage door. I was given an appointment for three hours later. I was called by the technician, David, 30 minutes before his arrival. He sent me a text message with his picture and a description of him and his personal Likes and dislikes. He and another gentleman came and evaluated. The issues with the garage doors gave us a quote for repairing them. They repaired the doors check them showed us how to program everything and program the openers inside the cars and programmed our phones to operate the garage doors. I would definitely Highly recommend this company! Very professional and reasonable

My garage door opener surprised me when it stopped working altogether. I was also surprised at the extremely prompt service I received after calling Precision! I am not a mechicanically inclined person; I am an older citizen who has a hard time knowing if I am being taken advantage of or not. I have not had to purchase a garage door opener for over 30 years. You can imagine the culture shock when I learned about the pricing change that has occurred in those 30 years. Thank goodness for Seth Boyers (my technician.) He could see how confused I was. He eased my concerns and assured me that he wasn't in a hurry, he would not move forward until I was totally clear and confident, and that he was going to walk me through the process/equipment until I felt that we were on the same team and he and Percision would be there for me whenever I needed help of any kind.Thank you, Seth and Percision. My technician was Justin today. He explained all the options for upgrading one of my garage doors with a new lift system and all the peripherals that go with it. He also gave me a keypad and helped me update the MyQ app to include both doors. He did an excellent job. The door opens quietly and smoothly now.

Jonathan came out to repair some rollers that came off the track. He went above and beyond. He fixed the track where it was catching from the original installation, replaced some rollers and fine tuned some other areas. For the first time since the original install the door runs so smooth and quiet. Jonathan also installed a seal at the bottom where there were lots of air gaps. All of this was covered under warranty. Jonathan was so kind and friendly and so very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his work. I would definitely highly recommend Precision and I hope I get Jonathan whenever I need service. Thank you!!!
