Precision was available next day (Saturday). Their technician (Jimmy) contacted us before coming to our home as explained by the office staff. Jimmy was very professional and arrived on time. He examined the problem and offered us 3 options to repair our door. He worked in a timely manner and had all materials on his truck to complete the job.

Kevin O'Hara is a Professional. He is very courteous and thoughtful. His work is as smooth as butter. His work flow reminds me of a well choreographed dance. He is definitely a Professional. Cleans up all the junk items and cardboard boxes when work is done. We had great conversation and he explained everything that was wrong that should be replaced and gave me several options to choose from to complete the work. I am very happy with the service and installation of my garage door parts. All of my wear parts were replaced including the door opener. Door operates smooth and quiet. The installer was very nice but I was quoted a price on the phone for spring replacement at $240-460 and after the technician inspected all parts and take apart the door opener, he gives a estimate for $900. Another company had quoted me $365 total but couldn’t come today. So I told him that I would wait for the other company, so I got stuck with $150 bill for an inspection/service charge that I didn’t want instead of telling the price up front.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Garage Door was not only open, but I didn't sit on hold and got to speak to a live person. They were polite and professional while booking the appointment and a technician, Quinn R, was able to come out that Monday morning. Quinn called before the appointment and confirmed I was available. He also sent over his photo and bio information for safety. Upon arrival he was courteous and walked me through the safety inspection. He then put together a quote with multiple options, but did not try to pressure or persuade me into buying things I didn't need or want. He worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. Quinn walked me through everything that was replaced, demonstrated that the door was balanced, and then ran an open/close cycle on the door. I am very satisfied with his work and with this company!
