Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use. Justin did a great job and I would highly recommend him. I chose Precision because they said there trucks are fully stocked and I needed my door fixed today. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

It was super easy to get an appointment. I was kept up to date on the timing of the appointment. Jonthan called to give me an update as to his ETA. He was very personable and respectful. He explained what was needed to be done to our garage door and gave us choices. We didn't feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend Preccision to my friends and family.

They showed up and loosening my spring and cut the cables so I could get my cars out. Took less than 30 minutes, but charged me $753. The standard visit fee was $175. They ripped me off. From what I can gather, that's what they always do. I had my entire garage door and all equipment replaced for $1,730 front a different installer, the wanted $6,383 for the same exact replacement. They're con artist, to say the least.

David called to alert us that he was on his way, right on time. He came with a stocked truck, ready to do all necessary work that day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me...answering all of my questions, and asking some of his own. He conducted a very thorough assessment of our system, to pinpoint all problems. He showed me all issues that needed fixing, and then gave us 3 options of fixes to choose from, each with a different price. I chose our package, and then David did all of the work right then. He was honest and courteous, and gave us top of the line parts and service, which came with a lifetime guarantee. He left us with great peace of mind, and very satisfied. We would never go anywhere else for garage door issues, ever. With Precision, you are getting honest, affordable, quality work...save yourself any trouble, and just call them. I got my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He was very professional and friendly. I was given several repair options with fair estimates. The service was also very fast. I called at 4pm. Jonathan was at my door the next morning and had the job complete in short order.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. Fast and friendly service from intial call to service techs. Tech called in the morning to confirm appt time and then again about 35 min out. Arrives on time as promised and quickly figured out my issue. Gave me several options to fix just my problem to updating my entire system which was needed. No pressure either way from him and he explained everything in detail. Highly recommend
