When our garage doors were not working properly, I found that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was highly rated and offered a chat option to discuss our concerns. The chat employee was extremely helpful and got us set up for an appointment later that same day. Kevin called before he arrived and arrived early. He was knowledgeable and informative of our units’ needs, offered good, better, best options to consider and as able to perform the replacements same day. His work exceeded our expectations, and both top quality garage door openers, springs, drums, rollers, remotes and video keypad, pretty much all moving parts were working before he left. Kevin was professional, courteous and didn’t even complain about the three hours of hard work in 90 degree heat. The service received was exceptional. Will definitely spread the word and work with Precision again!

Technician Justin Napierala was extremely professional. He went through every step of the process with us and asked if we had questions. He did a great job and when he was finished walked us through what he completed and again made sure we were happy and if had any questions again. I initially contacted a competitor (AE), which advertised same-day service for calls made before 10:00 AM. However, they were fully booked by 9:30 AM and could only offer service within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate that they take the time to call me in advance and provide a heads-up about the upcoming service. It adds a personal touch when they send a photo along with a detailed description of the technician who will be coming to my home. It's a thoughtful gesture that makes the experience feel friendlier and more trustworthy! Harley was courteous and professional. It would be nice if all companies conducted business this way.

Precision Garage Door Service was excellent in resolving our garage door issues. Our door has been making loud noises for quite some time. We weren't sure what our issues were as we have had it "serviced" by another door company and evidently they didn't fix our problems at all. Christopher with Precision was excellent to work with and professional and neat and cleaned up when finished. We had to replace more than we anticipated, but well worth the price. The door is operating much quieter than ever and Christopher helped us program the car remotes and explained everything to our satisfaction including the MyQ app installation.
