Brian was great, called ahead of time. He was early and he took care of everything. He asked about my family and how much we used the garage. He cared that it was an important part of our home that our children used to get in and out. He was very professional and knew how important it was for us. I called on a Friday about one broken spring on our garage door. Greg, a professional and prompt technician arrived Saturday afternoon. We inquired about replacing the 2nd door’s spring since it was older, and Greg was able to replace both in 1 1/2 hours. No extra charge for Saturday service. Great service!

Our technician, Kevin, was prompt and very professional. He took care of our problem in an efficient manner without overcharging us. This was our first experience with Precision. We appreciated the communication in knowing when our technician would arrive along with the introductory email complete with pictures of all of the technicians. Their extended hours are also a big plus. From now on Precision will be the only company we call should a problem arise with our garage door.
