I chose to make an appt with Precision due to 1. Facebook ad and 2. reading reviews. I was not disappointed. My garage door opener was opening but not closing. As soon as David Eilers from Precision showed up....true story...the remote worked! Open and close! The man is a magical unicorn. Gladly paid the service call for all over inspection. I will ALWAYS call Precision based on my encounter today! Thank you, David!

Chris came out to the house and took a look at the garage door that was no longer opening. I told him my concerns with the door and what happened and he was quick to share his expertise, conducted an inspection and then shared his findings. He invited me to take a look for myself and also provided pictures of what he was explaining to me. He then provided several different options on how fixing the door could be approached and there was no pressure to purchase. I went with a middle of the road approach and we had new springs and rollers installed. The door functions as it should and my wife even noted how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. When we decide to replace the motor and possibly add a new door, we will definitely be calling Precision again. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just a good dude all the way around. Thanks for a great experience !!

This was my second visit with Justin Napierala. The first was when he came during the winter when it was below freezing and stayed until the job was completed. He was so professional at that time and also this time. He walked thru his process of what he was doing with me and explained in a manner that I would understand. The issue was resolved in a short time and he also explained what to do in the event it happened again. In the future if I ever need to call for help, I will definitely ask for Justin. This is a name I will never forget. If all of the service staff are like Justin, You can never go wrong with Precision Door. GOOD JOB JUSTIN.

Edward and associate were both well versed in what the door needed to open properly and repaired quickly. They assessed that springs we had were not strong enough to handle our solid wood door, also that a broken sprocket and several broken hinges werealso a cause for door failure. Precision was my choice after reading their website

Mike - our Tech- Was THE most Pleasant & Knowlegable Gentleman my son & have met! I told my 35yr old son their was somethinig going Wrong, but, He did' believe me! Well, Mike let us watch him work! Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Actually even before it began, the tech, David called to let me know he was on his way and asked if I wanted a drink or something because he was stopping to get gas. It was an expensive day of repairs but he handled himself excellently and made me feel at ease.

I bought openers from Precision over a year ago and was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and the way everything was explained and the emphasis on safety. Today , David replaced both springs and rollers. He did a great job and explained everything. I will only use Precision in the future.

Jonathan was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He suggested I install a key in case my I find myself in the same situation ( my fault, dead battery on keypad and both remotes in the car). I liked the price and he was able to install the key today even though the squeezed me in.

Kevin came the same day, told us what was wrong. He is a very honest, knowledgeable, friendly guy and we immediately like him and trusted him. He gave us three options for us to decide what we wanted, and we chose the most expensive one which was a perfect choice for what improvements were needed on our garage door.
