Chris came out to the house and took a look at the garage door that was no longer opening. I told him my concerns with the door and what happened and he was quick to share his expertise, conducted an inspection and then shared his findings. He invited me to take a look for myself and also provided pictures of what he was explaining to me. He then provided several different options on how fixing the door could be approached and there was no pressure to purchase. I went with a middle of the road approach and we had new springs and rollers installed. The door functions as it should and my wife even noted how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. When we decide to replace the motor and possibly add a new door, we will definitely be calling Precision again. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just a good dude all the way around. This was my second visit with Justin Napierala. The first was when he came during the winter when it was below freezing and stayed until the job was completed. He was so professional at that time and also this time. He walked thru his process of what he was doing with me and explained in a manner that I would understand. The issue was resolved in a short time and he also explained what to do in the event it happened again. In the future if I ever need to call for help, I will definitely ask for Justin. Edward and associate were both well versed in what the door needed to open properly and repaired quickly. They assessed that springs we had were not strong enough to handle our solid wood door, also that a broken sprocket and several broken hinges werealso a cause for door failure. Precision was my choice after reading their website
