Garage door spring broke on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next day. The communication from Jimmy about arrival was clear and appreciated. He arrived and we reviewed what happened. He explained what he was going to look at before he started. Upon completion of his inspection, he reviewed with me in details the service options. Very clear and easy to understand the differences between the choices. Low pressure as the choices were all mine to make. Upon making the service choice, Jimmy completed the work and reviewed everything that was completed. Overall, very professional, courteous and clear communicator. Happy we scheduled with Precision to have the repair done!

I haven't been able to open my garage door since maybe November of last year. I procrastinated for months, but it was getting to the point where I really needed to mow my lawn. I finally made an appointment, and was very impressed with the quality of service. Chris called 20 minutes ahead of the appointment to verify that we were still on schedule and arrived right on time. He clearly explained my options, the prices, and the warranty. Within two hours, he had my garage door repaired. He was very friendly and professional.

Called when they were on their way. Keon arrived right on time started working on removing my old garage door.He was very polite and answered my questions.Had a new garage door and motor put in.When done Keon worked with me on how everything worked.But also pointed out one of my garage door panels was damaged.
