Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

Our service technician Brandon was awesome. He went over every detail with us & explained everything thoroughly. We ended up purchasing a new unit & it’s so much better & much more quiet than the old one. Would recommend this company to anyone. Terry did a terrific job on my door. He put new cables, springs, rollers, bearings on my door. He explained all that was wrong and what we needed to do to get it rolling like new. I could tell he knew what he was doing. The new rollers are really the bomb. Sealed roller bearings. Man, my door is really quite. Thanks, Terry. Merry Christmas to ya.

Garage door spring broke. Cables broke. Motor and belt were worn out. Rollers were worn. Bearings for the cables were shot. David showed me evidence of all above and left the decision up to me. I chose to do it right. David is very organized and does not cut corners. Clean quality work. Next day service. Quality materials. Exceptional workmanship. David really knows his stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure. I am so glad I went with Precision. Very pleased. It's like a brand new door. Love it.
