I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to 3 different companies. Precision responded immediately and very professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by the Technician to let me know what his schedule looked like and he even offered to bring me a soda on his way! He was very professional and thorough - David Erikson did a great job!

My only comment is there is a keypad that was not changed with the work performed. Spending 3100 I would think that should have been caught.

I was impressed at the knowledge and the communication skills of Brian, the man who fixed my garage door. I did not know how much there was to a garage door, all I ever did was push a button and the door opened or closed. When the door did not open, and I could not even lift it, I called Precision Door. Brian, the garage door expert explained the parts of the door, answered all of my questions about how the door works and showed me the parts of the door, and how to take care of it. He installed the new door, lubricated and replaced the really old arts and in no time, I had a working garage door. There was nothing to clean up, he did it all. I would gladly have him back if my other doors fail. I could not be more satisfied.
