We had a broken spring. I called this morning, and they had someone out within 3 hours. The technicians, David & Jeff, were so thorough and kind!

Our garage door wouldn't close with the remote and was loud. Jimmy came out and was nice and professional. He offered me Good ($1851.35 replace motor), Better ($3512.77 to replace motor & spring) or Best ($3695.40 replace motor, springs, wheels) options for the repair. They charged me $145 for the quote. Decided to get a second opinion. The Garage Door Man removed the spider web (silk reflects light) that caused the sensor to trip and lubricated the door parts for $123.97. Either Jimmy doesn't know how to repair a garage door, or it is an opportunity to take advantage of someone with a frustrating problem.

My technician today was Justin. I initially called to have a door seal changed out due to the presence of mice in my garage. After an initial inspection, it was decided that I definitely needed a new seal, as well as cables, a spring, and, rollers. Justin was very thorough and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions so that I could see and understand the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. My only concern is I now have black handprints both inside and outside the door that were not addressed before he left. Other than that, I am satisfied with the completed job.

We have used precision for a few years now and they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to simply replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. I'm so sick and tired of companies who we have done work with try and take advantage of us. I'm a very loyal person and would think companies would make sure they are taking care of their current customers. On top of that the technician that came out was a little off. We will most likely not be using precision doors going forward unless they can do something about our horrible experience we had yesterday.

I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to 3 different companies. Precision responded immediately and very professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.
