Anthony was AWESOME! He showed up when he said. He clearly explained my options. This included just replacing my broken springs to upgrading some worn components to installing a new opener and door if needed or wanted. My opener was installed in 1991, and on borrowed time I'm sure. I opted for new springs, bearings, cables, rollers, and a new side mounted motor (which hooks directly to the spring/shaft assembly and totally eliminates the track and motor assembly from the ceiling). This provides for a much cleaner look, and a more direct transfer of power to raise and lower your door. It is also VERY quiet!

John and Jimmy provided outstanding service work with superb knowledge and expertise. Having a "run-a-way" trolley to the wall with a broken plastic piece, the old age garage door opener needed replacing. Given the various options, we selected one and the men installed the system. It did not take them long at all and then we were in the testing phase. The door switch near the back door, and the outside door numeric keypad all checked good. Then John proceeded to program the door opener in 3 different cars. That was a huge help and kept me from going to the internet for help. All in all we are very pleased with the work and installation done by Precision. I would have them come out anytime in the future for any garage door service and installation needed. I am so happy with the service I received from your company. Justin Napierala was awesome. He was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through his troubleshooting process and helped me decide on a plan of action. He had everything he needed for the repairs with him. He explained everything after the repairs were completed. He also helped me set up myQ and recode the keypad. Precision Garage Door is very fortunate to have Justin as their employee.

Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! We love Precision Overhead Doors. We wish other companies in any industry would operate with this same commitment to honesty, integrity, and the commitment to do the job right the first time. Highest praise and regards for Precision Overhead Doors. Call them. One of the best calls we ever made!

Brad was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and helpful to us regarding our defective Lift Master garage door opener. We have no qualms about his ability to do what was needed for the repair/replacement of our unit. However, unfortunately, the price he quoted to us to replace the single car garage door opener was outrageously expensive. We contacted another vendor, who gave us a price that was half what Precision quoted for us. Very disappointing. That explains the low rating we gave above for Precision.
