I am so happy with the service I received from your company. Justin Napierala was awesome. He was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through his troubleshooting process and helped me decide on a plan of action. He had everything he needed for the repairs with him. He explained everything after the repairs were completed. He also helped me set up myQ and recode the keypad. Precision Garage Door is very fortunate to have Justin as their employee.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our garage doors openers these past 3 years! We only had one issue today, after 3 years, and the whole process from calling customer service to having someone come out to fix it went smoothly. Brian, our technician, did an excellent job communicating, troubleshooting our issue, and resolving the problem. We highly recommend!

Our door needed a lot of work beyond just a new opener. David was excellent in all aspects of the project - explaining the issues, explaining our options, and then doing the work thoroughly and quickly. And under very unpleasant weather conditions on top of that. Completely happy with our choice of Precision.

He had everything he needed to install new garage doors with him. The entire job was done in one afternoon and done absolutely perfectly. Thank you so much!

Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! We love Precision Overhead Doors. We wish other companies in any industry would operate with this same commitment to honesty, integrity, and the commitment to do the job right the first time. Highest praise and regards for Precision Overhead Doors. Call them. One of the best calls we ever made!

Brad was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and helpful to us regarding our defective Lift Master garage door opener. We have no qualms about his ability to do what was needed for the repair/replacement of our unit. However, unfortunately, the price he quoted to us to replace the single car garage door opener was outrageously expensive. We contacted another vendor, who gave us a price that was half what Precision quoted for us. Very disappointing. That explains the low rating we gave above for Precision.

I had problems with my garage door opening on its own. I call Precision Door they sent a tech Brian Payne to look at my garage door. First, he was polite, professional, and very informative with my concerns. He gave me tips of how to maintain my door. He reprogram my garage opener. And walk me patiently through my myq app which l love, love, loved. I told Brian l would give him 10 stars if they would let me. I will continue to be doing business with Precision Door.

We want to highly complement our technician, David Allen. He was so knowledgeable and presented options without any pressure. We had previously purchased another garage door operations system and it was inoperable from the beginning. David was not critical but spoke from his experience on why that system failed. We purchased a new operating system with David. This was our first time using Precision and we have been impressed above and beyond our expectations. We will recommend David Allen and Precision to anyone we meet in need of quality service. We love this company and David Allen. Thank you!
