I will do a further review when our new door is installed but I do want to say how favorably we were impressed thus far with Chris Woods response to our problem. He got our seriously dented door back on track and operational enough until our replacement door (with insulation and a better motor) arrives and can be installed. Chris gave us a candid appraisal of the situation and the available alternatives...no high pressure.

5 stars for Keon!! He showed up and got started with installation of my new garage door and opener. The 2 technicians I’ve met were very polite and professional. Keon removed my old door and opener, installed the new ones, he then walked me through the operation of the opener and controls. All my questions were answered before he left and I am very very pleased with the job he did!! Thanks folks, much appreciated!

Harley called before coming to confirm my appointment and he was so kind and asked if he could grab me a coffee/water on his way. He provided me with multiple options on repairing the issue as well as working through other options with me. He went above and beyond to help a single mom out to make sure we had a working garage door in this cold!!!! He went out of his way and made it happen. The work was done the same day and my garage door was back and running before noon. I am so thankful for all the help. Definitely one of the best client/customer interactions I have ever had.

Our service tech's name was Jimmy Schmidt. He asked me what was going on and he checked the door and all it's mechanics. He then explained and showed me what needed to be fixed and went over our options. Jimmy was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for any garage door services. Quick response and on time. I found them on our local tv station that's why we decided to call them .
