My technician Matt Thomas was friendly, informative and professional from start to finish. He spoke with me about my initial problem, did a full inspection, and provided multiple options for resolution while answering my questions throughout. Service was quick overall and he even swept out some leaves that had blown in while he was working, saving me the hassle of doing so after his departure. I did research before deciding where to find service and after my experience I will continue to use them for any future issues. Highly recommended.

I bought my door from precision in 2010. The opener just now failed. I upgraded and got a new unit with more bells and whistles. Kevin was my tech. He arrived earlier than the appointment time with my permission and even offered to bring me a pop or water! We went through the options and he installed everything in about 45 mins as he had it all on the truck. He was very communicative and explained everything. Thanks Kevin for great service!

Chris really took care of me and my garage. He walked into a hard situation with my poorly set up garage door and gave me some really good suggestions for fixes. The new garage door set up and motor work great. It was a bit more then I wanted to spend but everything feels worth the money.

Exceeded expectations! Chris was exceedingly courteous and professional and kept us fully informed of his arrival timeframe, work in progress, and fully discussed any future foreseeable safety issues. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend this company! From the initial call we made, to our service technicians (Matt and Chris), all were friendly and patient with our questions. I am very impressed with the "star quality" service that I received today from Justin Johnson. He called me to introduce himself and the approximate time of his arrival. He called about 1 hr later to let me know he was 30 mins out. He was stopping to get gas and to pickup something to drink. He asked if he could bring me something. How nice was that!!! Throughout his assessment of my problem, he explained what was failing and my options. He was extremely thorough. I choose the full replacement of my garage opener. I couldn't be happier!!! This company answered my phone call immediately and set me up with an appointment the same day. The receptionist was very kind/courteous. The technician who performed the work, called to let me know that he was on his way, just as the receptionist stated he would. He even stated that he had to stop for gas and wanted to know if I needed anything,... coffee, etc. He arrived at the exact time stated and was very kind and clear in his information. He explained what he was going to do,.... assess, and determine needs.... every step of the way and informed me of possible solutions to my garage door requests/needs. He worked diligently, told me my options, and asked which one I might want to do and each one, he provided pros and possible cons. No pressure. Totally at my decision. Once I told him my requests, he IMMEDIATELY started the repair. The entire process took about an hour and a half. Worked dilligently, very kind, and showed me the difference....because he ran the door initially, and then when repaired....HUGE difference....So kind and respectfull. They even sent me a picture of the technician BEFORE he arrived so I know who was supposed to be coming for the repair. Very impressed with the entire process/repair. Thank You!!! Highly recommend. (They had also visited our house a few years ago and he know exactly what had been done and when. )

Great service, arrived on same day as openings were available. Was wanting general maintenance - tune up. This was not a repair request, maintenance is not a choice for this survey/review. Matt Thomas was our technician. He was great, very thorough, reviewed our previous history with Precision Door. Had complete conversion 7/29/16 (Replaced original Wayne-Dalton system) And then garage door opener system replaced 6/19/18. He tested system - No repairs needed. He did lubricate hinges on garage door. Behavior and appear was very professional. Very pleased with Precision Door!
