Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Kevin.

I called Precision this morning (9/27) and Harley arrived this afternoon. He explained all the steps needed to check everything on both of my garage doors. He also explained that prior to any work, I would have the opportunity to pick the best option for me, including the cost of each option. Once we agreed on the option, Harley began work on both of the doors and did not stop until he was finished. He explained how the new components worked and watched while I operated each one. Harley worked with me to program the new keypad. Harley is definitely an asset to Precision. His knowledge and work ethic are outstanding and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. On a separate note, Daphane was great to work with this morning. She's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The technician called promptly with a time of arrival and within a couple of moments I received a text with a picture and short bio about the technician prior to him arriving to our home. This is a first and I certainly appreciated that! When the technician, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived he was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable in his job! I as impressed with the speed in which they were able to schedule the appointment. They were able to fix my garage door and 8am on a sunday morning. The tech went over the rails of both garage doors and installed new wheels that are much quieter than the old metal wheels. He was very professional and was very up front about pricing and options. There was no "push" to increase the sales. would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduling online was easy. Our service tech, Kevin O'Hara called in advance of his arrival and the company sent me a text message with a picture of Kevin and a brief bio. Nice touch. Kevin called me after he looked at the problem door, and talked thru three estimates (Good, Better, Best) he was able to prepare on-site. And to my surprise he said he was able to solve anyone of the three options right away. Wow! After I confer with my wife on the options, we will call back and get the systems fixed. Definitely recommend this company

Late Friday afternoon, the spring on our garage door broke. I immediately thought of Precision Door from the commercials I have seen on TV. I really didn't think we could get the door fixed until the following Monday, at the earliest. I was wrong, I was offered the 8-10 a.m. slot on Sunday morning. I agreed to this time. Kevin O'Hara called at 8:00am telling me he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. He sent a text with his information and his photo on it so I would know he was the man Precision was sending. He arrived in less than 20 minutes. Kevin is very personable and easy to talk to. He wrote up 3 possible scenarios for the fix of our door, allowing us to select the proper fit for us. He said it would take approximately 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Kevin and the entire process with Precision Door. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who should ask (and probably to those who don't).

We called as the spring broke on our garage door. Jimmy arrived promptly, evaluated our door and all components and offered us options for service as well as replacing our old garage door opener, which we also chose to do. Is easy for me to give Precision Garage Door Service and especially the technician that worked on and fixed our garage door issues a solid 5 stars. I called one day and had an appointment which fit my schedule for the very next day....a Saturday. Wasn't exactly sure what was causing our intermitant opening issue but didn't take long for Chris (the tech) to diagnose and provide us options for repair. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, easy going, efficient and provided us with more than I had anticipated at a very reasonable price. No hard sell...just facts and options. Much appreciated. He finished quicker than I had anticipated and left the area cleaner than he found it. Only thing that would have made this experience better is if it had been free. Totally pleased, totally recommend Precision and totally suggest you ask for Chris Daughtery to do your work.
