Heard about precision via a YouTube commercial. Jeff went above and beyond to exude exemplary service and find a solution to the problem. When I replace my garage door in the future I’d recommend him for the service. Thank you and appreciate it.

After waking up Sunday morning to a broken spring on our 18' garage door, we searched online for a qualified LiftMaster repair dealer. Precision came up in our search and had an easy-to-navigate website with next-day morning availability. Several hours later, I received a call from Kevin, a Precision technician, who offered to take care of our door the very same day. Kevin arrived at our home early evening and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our door is 15 years old, has plastic rollers, and supports a very heavy door. He thoroughly inspected the system and provided good, better, and best repair options, clearly explaining the benefits of each without any pressure. He had every part needed on his truck, including a new bottom rubber seal, and completed the repairs in about an hour. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The door now operates smoother, quieter, and more reliably than it has in years. Precision's quick response, excellent communication, and Kevin's expertise turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and especially Kevin to anyone needing garage door repairs or service.

I reached out to Precision to have a new garage door opener installed. Christopher was my amazing technician. His explanations were thorough. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. Due to the condition of my current garage hardware and failed security metrics, the quote exceeded my expectations and budget. Chris took time to explain the detailed cost and other options. When I am able to afford the service that is needed, I will reach out to Chris at Precision.

Precision Garage Door Service was great! Garage door springs and cables broke during the evening, was able to set an appointment for the next morning. They called, were on time and Harley was very efficient and up front and honest. He gave me a couple options, was not pushy or "salesman" type personality. Work was completed with quality and care. I would recommend them to anyone. Chris Osterkamp

Door was caught by my wife upon leaving. Damage to lower section. With winter weather on the way needed to have repaired so critters couldn't get in. Remember add I saw on tv so I looked them up to find that their customers had high opinions of their employees and work ethics. Talked to office to arrange service call. Next day Jim Schmidt called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival he made a total system review with various possible actions for repair. Choice was made and he went to work. After about two hours door looked like new. Operation was smooth and very quiet. All I can say is Jim has a very strong work ethic so his knowledge and abilities met my personal demands. How I know about this is my job over fifty years demanded the same. When future door work is necessary I will be a return customer. Spreading the word on Precision door will be my mantra do to their quality actions. Thank you
