I was very pleased with Justin's professional. He contacted me prior to his visit. He indicated that he had to make a stop prior to his visit and offered to bring me something. He was very thoughtful. Upon his arrival he asked me what were my trouble areas with the garage door. Then he indicated what he would make his assessment and get back to me. Upon his review, my concerns were addressed.

My garage door spring broke this afternoon. Called Precision and they had a technician at my house in about 1.5 hours. My technician, Kevin O'Hara called me before he arrived, he told me he had to stop for gas on the way and even asked me if he could pick me up something while he was at the gas station! Who does that today!? No one.. he was great, repaired my broken door, and provided a fair estimate to do some additional maintenance on that door, and my second garage door. Great experience, rare experience these days!

Professional and efficient from beginning to end. The original person who responded to our call was Jimmy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a new door. Keon came to install it. He was also very dedicated to doing the job right. He was great! I had a couple of questions about our install. Taren (sp.?) and the office folks were friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied.

Jimmy from Precision was at our house within 2.5 hours of us calling the office. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had an easy to understand checklist so that I could see what parts were failing. They carry all the replacement parts on their truck so he was able to get started right away, and he had a new motor, a new belt, new rollers and keypads and remotes programmed within 90 minutes. Super efficient. Super friendly. And very cost effective. Highly recommend Jimmy and Precision Doors.

Appreciated talking to a live and pleasant speaking associate, prior to business opening and to get service scheduled. Nice that the company has maintained a record of prior services; nice to have received a call from the service person (Justin) with estimate of arrival time, and to have him arriving in accord with estimate. Justin arrived on time and provided a 25 point inspection on my garage door. He also checked the door opener which is approximately 12 years old. His thorough and precise explanation was easy to understand and various options were provided. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision however there was a savings available if I had committed to a door/opener replacement today.

Called 3 door companies, one had an AI interface and took a while to call me back. The other handled my call right away but needed me to determine if I needed a repair or a new door. How am I supposed to know that? He said, well if you need a new door that will be about 3 weeks. Way too long. Finally, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and I interreacted with a human and they scheduled an appointment for 90 minutes later. Precision had repaired my garage door when we moved to Cincinnati in 2018. On of the rollers jumped out of the track and the door was stuck. It was late in the day but Precision sent a man out and within 30 minutes the door was fixed.

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out in February 2025 and install a new system in a house we had just purchased. On October 1, 2025 our garage door suddenly stopped opening and closing, so we called Precision Garage Door. The tech, Justin, promptly arrived about two hours after I made the call for help. He diagnosed the problem and got our garage door working again with no charge to us (still under warrant). He was also very helpful with some tips if this ever happened again.
