I haven't been able to open my garage door since maybe November of last year. I procrastinated for months, but it was getting to the point where I really needed to mow my lawn. I finally made an appointment, and was very impressed with the quality of service. Chris called 20 minutes ahead of the appointment to verify that we were still on schedule and arrived right on time. He clearly explained my options, the prices, and the warranty. Within two hours, he had my garage door repaired. He was very friendly and professional.

Had a great experience today getting our garage door fixed. Called for service and had a technician, Kevin, at my house within 45 mins. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options for repair. The work was performed very quickly and our garage door was running better than ever. Kevin was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had Precision Overhead door in June of 2025 install a new Torque system instead of the spring system that was the current system on the door. They did a wonderful job. I recently had a problem with the door not closing all the way at times. I called and they sent Kevin out the very next day. He checked it out and adjusted some wiring and it works like new. Kevin was very nice and extremely efficient. I give Precision Overhead door and Kevin five gold stars.

Great service, Technician Kevin was polite and professional. He did a great job showing us the issues found as well as providing several options for repair with different price points depending on how fancy you wanted to get and what our needs were. The door springs were replaced as well as the opener and many other parts and it only took about 90 minutes and we were up and running smoother than ever. Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts.
