Chris Woods, the technician, was incredibly professional. He informed me of his arrival time, which was a great help. Upon his arrival, he quickly gathered some information from me and took some measurements of the door. He was completely transparent about discussing the written quote, the necessary repairs, the expected door look, and the parts involved, and he also provided an estimated completion time. I was thoroughly pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise.

I can't stress how good Geoff from Precision was. Called on his way, even offered to grab me a coffee, showed up on time, walked me thru what he was going to do and how long it would take. I first starting to do business with Precision as a company I selected at random. The gentleman that came to fix our door was David Eilers. He totally repaired our door and he suggested we take out a service that will last for a life time. We paid the extra for that service. Now our door weighs 300 pounds because I built the door myself and its made with tongue and groove cedar wood. Today the serviceman came because the door made a very loud noise when it closed. I looked over every part of that door and all of the hardware but I could not detect the cause of our problem. I called Precision, the Service man came out one earlier than originally planed but he called to make sure it was OK with us. It took him 5 minutes to detect the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. I spent at least 2 hours looking for that problem and I did not come close to finding it. Precision did a wonderful job!!

In every case we received same day service, and also in each case the technician was knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and pleasant to work with. They arrived on time, called first then a text with info about the person coming to our home. We had old garage door openers, including one that was over 30 years old. I had been repairing them every few months when something would go wrong, but one of them finally had a critical breakage (gear shaft snapped). Not long after contacting Precision, Kevin was in my garage, explaining my options. I already knew what I wanted, and he had some additional tips and tricks to quiet our noisy garage doors. It was all installed and running smoothly by dinner time, and this was on a Sunday. Now I can't even hear the garage doors open or close unless I'm standing next to them. Kevin didn't hard sell me on anything, just gave me options and let me pick. It looks like he reshaped some bent metal on my roller tracks too, so we don't need to replace them.

Yesterday morning trying to leave for work, the garage door would not open. Springs and cables were all broke. Tried another company but they couldn’t get out until a day later and late in the afternoon. I went on Precisions website and was able to schedule an appointment same day between 4-6 PM. The technician, Chris, messaged me and said he could be here earlier if okay and got here a little after 2. He was absolutely great to work with and explained all of the options and gave me his thoughts, while also asking for my thoughts on what to do. No pressure at all. Picked what I wanted done and he proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick time while even doing a little more to help ensure the life of our garage door. He was extremely communicative and kept me up to date thru the whole process. He explained the new equipment, got it all setup, walked my wife and thru the app and set everything up. And in two hours he was done and gone and other than the new QUIETER operation and new opener and parts you would not have known he was here. What a great professional to help us out and a pleasure to work with. Great representation of your company and would definitely use again. This is the 2nd time using Precision Door Service. The springs broke on 2 different doors about 2 years apart. Both systems were about 20 years old and in rough condition. A technician was scheduled the same day I called. The technician presented 3 options: Good, Better, Best. There was no pressure to do any upgrades. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in less than 3 hours. A review of the work was completed when the job was done. The technician also programmed our vehicles. Very satisfied with the response time, communication, professionalism and quality of work.
