Unexpectedly, my garage door broke this past weekend and my car was trapped in my garage. As I have never owned a garage before I was a bit out of my league with dealing with such issues. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to make a service request with Precision- I could do it all online and they had plenty of availability so I was able to schedule a service within two days. I was kept informed about my appointment and when to expect David my technician to be at my residence. I had to work that day so I was unable to be home for the repair but he was able to work with my boyfriend to assess the problem and provide me with several different service options. He called me during the process to let me know my options and explained everything to me over the phone and to my boyfriend in person. He fixed the issue the same day very quickly. I like that I was provided with different options- David was transparent with pricing and what each option covered. I like that I have a warranty on the parts as well. Precision was recommended to me by a close friend who used them in the past and had a great experience. I would highly recommend David and Precision to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation! We also appreciate that David was a dog person and not only seemed unbothered by my hyperactive dog but entertained by him as well. Great service, fair prices, and fast appointments!

My technician today was Justin. I initially called to have a door seal changed out due to the presence of mice in my garage. After an initial inspection, it was decided that I definitely needed a new seal, as well as cables, a spring, and, rollers. Justin was very thorough and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions so that I could see and understand the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. My only concern is I now have black handprints both inside and outside the door that were not addressed before he left. Other than that, I am satisfied with the completed job.

WE called and were schedualed a appointment the very next day! We got a call to say Repair man on the way. Jonathon arrived and gave the estimate to repair the broken springs . We were shocked but we need it fixed, so Jonathon proceeded to do the repair and was able to get the door opening properly . We are very happy with his work and would call again if needed. We had a repair done recently that was done incorrectly and caused more issues. This time we contacted Precision. We purchased springs, ball bearings, cable, rollers and drums to repair/restore an older, sturdy garage door. The repair is recent, but as of now, we are satisfied. David was our technician. He was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the issues and presented us with 4 levels of options. We liked the text alerting us of our technician prior to arrival. It provided a photo and a short bio. The technician arrived in a clearly marked Precision vehicle. This was comforting after our last repair. Should we need garage repair/replacement in the future we would contact Precision again and request David as a technician.

Great installation. Personable and professional installe. Broke down every recommendation, and made sure to show me all the important points of failure in the initial inspection. Each issue was obvious to me when it was pointed out to me. So ended up have several hinges replaced, all the rollers replaced and a new opener installed. Pricing was high but after 27 years the prices had obviously gone up. After it was all said and done, great install, and very good pricing for all the features and installer support features made it well worth the price. Highly recommended!

We needed help with our garage door after the spring broke. Justin did a great job inspecting and explaining some of the other issues that were contributing to the spring failure. The parts were old/worn and putting a lot of strain on the opener. He was willing to take the time to address my questions. He was very efficient with the repair process and able to complete a full rebuild and new opener installation in about 90 minutes. Very pleased with the finished project.

Justin explained all our options very well, to get the two doors operating efficiently again. Gave us different cost scenarios to choose from and what each package would include. No pressure, and explained things very well. We are more than satisfied. Only issue was the inability to get any of the car remote buttons working from my Lexus, and the inability of getting the second button to operate from my wife’s Toyota, both which worked properly with the old openers. Explained we would have to have the dealer probably alter the program. A little frustrating, but apparently not the fault of the new equipment, nor Justin’s fault. Not a big deal. We can get that hopefully easily resolved the next time the cars go in for service. Thank you!!

While my need was not an emergency, they were able to see me on the same day that I called. Quinn, their service technician, called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was able to access the situation and offered several solutions. He then quickly went about replacing parts and testing them to ensure they were functioning perfectly. Garage door spring broke. Cables broke. Motor and belt were worn out. Rollers were worn. Bearings for the cables were shot. David showed me evidence of all above and left the decision up to me. I chose to do it right. David is very organized and does not cut corners. Clean quality work. Next day service. Quality materials. Exceptional workmanship. David really knows his stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure. I am so glad I went with Precision. Very pleased. It's like a brand new door. Love it.
