Seth Boyers was the tech that worked on my garage door, and I couldn't have had a better one. He was very cordial and made me feel relaxed in knowing he knew what he was doing. He had to access the door through a small window with no grumbling. He renewed the entire mechanics of the door, and I could not be more satisfied. You have a good employee, hard to find these days, hang on to him.

Kevin was a true professional, listening to the problem and then figuring out what was needed. Unfortunately for me, my system was old and parts were no longer made, but he showed me the different options and was able to install the one I chose same day and by the time I had to leave to pick up the grandkids. My technician was Justin today. He explained all the options for upgrading one of my garage doors with a new lift system and all the peripherals that go with it. He also gave me a keypad and helped me update the MyQ app to include both doors. He did an excellent job. The door opens quietly and smoothly now.
