Very easy to schedule, the Tech actually reached out to us to come a day early (on a Sunday)! Tech Kevin O’Hara was so nice, professional and very detailed oriented. I have already recommended Precision Overhead Garage Door to friends and family and will continue to do so. We will definitely only deal with Precision Overhead Garage Door, moving forward!

Precision Garage Door Service is the BEST!. I called this morning to check my key pad if there is something wrong with it because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And thinking also that winter is coming up and it has to work. After talking to Ashley about the problem she scheduled me right away that afternoon. It was very quick and easy. No wait at all. And now it fixed. They are all very professional and polite even the first time I met one of the service guy four years ago when I had my garage door replaced to a new one. I will definitely recommend Pricision Garage Door Service! You will not regret. Thank you!

Jimmy helped me fix my broken garage and get everything back up to order. I replaced a single spring with dual springs and things are working much better now. While the price was a little more than what I would have wanted, I think the service was fast, informative, and professional. I am ok with paying more for service that quick and painless. Thanks so much for giving me my garage back.

Our service call turned into installation of garage door openers because we had an excellent service representative, Harley Carter, who took the time to explain all of our options with pricing on each. He was an amazing worker and answered all the many questions we had about the job. We are still shocked that the work was completed in one evening. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency and quickness of the installation. Harley's number will definitely go on our phone. Good customer service is very hard to come by, but your company lives up to its advertising.

My husband is unable to do the necessary repairs so I called Precision. Harley was to repair our opener but ended up replacing toe opener. He is top quality at what he does. He was right on time, did an outstanding job checking out the old opener and replacing it with a new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to any and all that may need service! Loved them!!!!!!

Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Kevin.
