Awesome experience all around. I loved that there was a technician able to come out the next morning and get my tenant's car out of the garage, then return later for a massive repair. I have very old wooden doors, and I'm used to companies trying to sell me brand new ones. However, Kevin inspected the doors and realized they were in great shape and offered an alternative solution at half the cost. Excellent communication and workmanship. I'll be calling them back to have Kevin do another garage door for us!

Great service provided. Was able to get an appointment within a few days after I had a a spring failure. I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!

I am typically not one to write reviews which means the service I received was excellent. Robert Bongiorno came out to repair my garage and ultimately had to replace my opener. I love the fact that the technicians call ahead when on there way, they send messages with photos so you know who you’re letting have access to your home. Mr Bongiorno was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done which I greatly appreciated. Great garage door company!!

Service Call was all you would want it to be. I received three phone calls letting me know the status of the appointment. The repairman was courteous, friendly, and solved the garage door problem in under two minutes. Can't ask for anything more.
