Chris Woods was the technician who came out to fix my blunder. While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously. In less than 24 hours Chris was able to come out and fix everything perfectly. Not only did he get the door back on track but he made all the needed repairs in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Chris was very polite and offered to pick me up a beverage while enroute to my house. He also provided some useful safety information about my door. Thank you Chris! You are a very competent professional and a great representative for Precision!

Kevin came out today (Sunday) and was so nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to our issues and concerns with our garage door and opener and provided great options to choose from, happily answering all our questions. Your employee, Justin, is a great employee and represents your company so well. He asked me a lot of questions before he started about the problem and really listened so he understood what was needed. He was so very patient, kind, and understanding to the young woman on the phone and me when we were troubleshooting an IT type issue. He was very engaged and just made me feel like my problem was not unimportant and had his full attention. Justin should get a raise or bonus for all the work he had to do this morning on my opener and with having to contend with my dogs and my stupidity. He is a great guy! Justin’s parents and his boss should be so proud of the wonderful young man they have raised. I love this company and have been with them since 2011 and would never use any one else. They have a great staff, great product, and coverage for their products. They are quick to respond when other companies I have called are days to weeks out for service.

From start to finish my experience with precision was phenomenal. When I first called, the associate I spoke with was very friendly and able to get me on their schedule for the next morning. I had another associate call later that day to confirm my window for the next morning. She also walked me through how the inspection would go. Then emphasized the importance of safety, and that they would send me a message to include the name and picture of the technician that would be coming to my house. The morning of the appointment, Anthony called me to let me know how far out he was and that I should have received a text with his name and picture, as safety is a top priority for precision. Anthony could not have been friendlier or more professional. He walked me through every step of the process and then explained each part of the report and what options there were. All while my 3 year old presented him with every stuffed animal in his collection. Anthony was extremely patient and professional throughout. He was able to take care of the work in the same appointment, and I feel very confident in the product and service. I highly recommend precision to anyone.

However, the total cost ($2600) seems very high.Since your invoice doesn't itemize labor costs, I assume they are built into the materials charges.
