Was able to schedule same day service repair for my broken garage door. Technician, David E., was knowledgeable and had the necessary parts to diagnose and fix the problem. Repairs were done same day and the pricing was fair. David E. clearly explained the issue, provided quotes for both necessary and preventative repairs and gave helpful advice on future maintenance recommended. He was friendly and professional.

I called on Monday and my garage door was fixed on Tuesday. I felt comfortable using Precision because of the number of 5 star reviews that were listed on their website. My technician, Justin, was on time, thorough, and friendly. He answered all my questions. I will definitely call Precision again if I have garage door issues in the future.

Your employee, Justin, is a great employee and represents your company so well. He asked me a lot of questions before he started about the problem and really listened so he understood what was needed. He was so very patient, kind, and understanding to the young woman on the phone and me when we were troubleshooting an IT type issue. He was very engaged and just made me feel like my problem was not unimportant and had his full attention. Justin should get a raise or bonus for all the work he had to do this morning on my opener and with having to contend with my dogs and my stupidity. He is a great guy! Justin’s parents and his boss should be so proud of the wonderful young man they have raised. I love this company and have been with them since 2011 and would never use any one else. They have a great staff, great product, and coverage for their products. They are quick to respond when other companies I have called are days to weeks out for service.

From start to finish my experience with precision was phenomenal. When I first called, the associate I spoke with was very friendly and able to get me on their schedule for the next morning. I had another associate call later that day to confirm my window for the next morning. She also walked me through how the inspection would go. Then emphasized the importance of safety, and that they would send me a message to include the name and picture of the technician that would be coming to my house. The morning of the appointment, Anthony called me to let me know how far out he was and that I should have received a text with his name and picture, as safety is a top priority for precision. Anthony could not have been friendlier or more professional. He walked me through every step of the process and then explained each part of the report and what options there were. All while my 3 year old presented him with every stuffed animal in his collection. Anthony was extremely patient and professional throughout. He was able to take care of the work in the same appointment, and I feel very confident in the product and service. I highly recommend precision to anyone.

The technicians were timely, friendly, helpful and installation-efficient. However, the total cost ($2600) seems very high.Since your invoice doesn't itemize labor costs, I assume they are built into the materials charges. My old garage door opener stopped working and was making a humming noise. I knew the opener was at least two decades old and was probably burnt up. The technician was very professional and showed me the problem with the old unit and gave me several option for new units. I bought a new chain drive unit and he installed the unit very quickly. I was also given a discount for being a military veteran. I was very satisfied with the technician's job and the new unit!

Seamless from the start to finish. My tech Brian Payne was fast , friendly and very professional. He offered to bring me coffee on his way ! Who does that ? ???? I did need a new unit and was given many options. He installed quickly and then gave me detailed instructions and demostration. The unit is very modern and easy to use. Exciting !!
