Brian Payne was our tech today. I had a picture of him sent to me before his arrival. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely courteous. He explained everything in great detail and I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. He installed our new garage opener in less than 2 hours. He also helped me program the opener to my car and made sure I had the MYQ app working before he left. I would highly recommend Brian and Precision! Thank you for your excellent service!

Our garage door stopped working at an inopportune time. I called the night it went out and Brent came out the next morning. He was great told us the problem and gave us the options to put money into it or get a new opener. Weighing it out we decided to get the new opener. He was able to install it that day and didn’t take long for him to install. He showed us how to use it and put the app on the phone as well. Her was extremely personable and very knowledgeable and professional. I could not have been more happier with him or the service of work he provide. You have a great employee working for you and representing you. Thank you so much again!!

To start - Justin called me fifty minutes ahead of time to provide his ETA. When he arrived he explained exactly what he needed to do to provide the information I was looking for. All of the options were presented to me with an explanation as to why a repair was not feasible. Justin was very knowledgeable, very respectful and he made sure I understood everything he was saying.

I had called other door companies and my initial feeling was that they were not very friendly and helpful. When I called Procision, the intial feeling was one of confidential, compotent people. So I asked them for their help and help they did. Installer Terry White exceeded my expectations with his service and helpfulness.
