Justin was incredibly wonderful to work with. He called 30 minutes out and was on time, very informative and was able to do the work after his evaluation of our old system! We had to get a new spring system, new opener and added the keyless entry pad. We purchased new spring, garage door opener and keypad.

My garage door opener failed. The original installer could offer only 5 day service. If I wanted emergency service (which was the number I called) there would be extra charges IF a service tech was available. I researched other service providers and chose Precision because they were polite and customer service focused from the start. The intake person asked if we had a safe way in and out of our home and then checked the emergency service schedule. Since it was full and we were safe, I was offered next day service. The technician arrived on time to repair our garage door. He made on assessment of the needed repairs and reviewed everything that might impact the safe and reliable function of the door going forward. He provided me with service options, and explained the merits of each option. I made an informed decision. He had all the necessary equipment on the truck and proceeded with repair. The door runs better than it ever has! I would highly recommend their service.

We have had our new doors for almost 3 years and love them! They are quiet and look nice. Today I needed someone to help reset the code on the outdoor remote pad and David did a quick and thorough job. He also did an inspection to make sure everything was working properly. David Allen was fantastic in his work on our garage door. On the way to our house, he even offered to bring me a coffee or water, which was a small but very kind gesture. Over the course of 2 hours, he clearly communicated the challenges that our door was facing. He presented options for repair and pros/cons of each. Overall, I was impressed with the reminders, introductory text message featuring David on his way over, and overall service from Precision. Easy 5-star experience with David Allen.

David was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. From the time he called me to tell me he was on the way I could tell that he was terrific, then with one look at my garage door he was able to explain in layman’s terms what I have, what the pros and cons of it are and why it stopped working. He took measurements and presented my with three options and zero pressure to go with any of them but plenty of information on exactly what the options would entail. He is not just someone who repairs garages doors. He is a passionate expert who knows his stuff!!
