My garage door opener failed. The original installer could offer only 5 day service. If I wanted emergency service (which was the number I called) there would be extra charges IF a service tech was available. I researched other service providers and chose Precision because they were polite and customer service focused from the start. The intake person asked if we had a safe way in and out of our home and then checked the emergency service schedule. Since it was full and we were safe, I was offered next day service. The technician arrived on time to repair our garage door. He made on assessment of the needed repairs and reviewed everything that might impact the safe and reliable function of the door going forward. He provided me with service options, and explained the merits of each option. I made an informed decision. He had all the necessary equipment on the truck and proceeded with repair. The door runs better than it ever has! I would highly recommend their service.

David Allen was fantastic in his work on our garage door. On the way to our house, he even offered to bring me a coffee or water, which was a small but very kind gesture. Over the course of 2 hours, he clearly communicated the challenges that our door was facing. He presented options for repair and pros/cons of each. David was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. From the time he called me to tell me he was on the way I could tell that he was terrific, then with one look at my garage door he was able to explain in layman’s terms what I have, what the pros and cons of it are and why it stopped working. He took measurements and presented my with three options and zero pressure to go with any of them but plenty of information on exactly what the options would entail. He is not just someone who repairs garages doors. He is a passionate expert who knows his stuff!!

My garage door opener had periods when it wouldn't shut and was very hard to open manually. Brian reviewed it proveded 3 options and explained how each would correct the problem and the extra 2 options would prevent future problems. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped but now I have a lifetime warranty. Brian was very professional and completed the work very quickly.

We have been renovating our home for the past year, and we needed new garage doors. Our doors were original to our house (1965), wood, custom made, and conspiring to injure us or damage our cars.
