Price charged for springs is $450.00 and on phone it was told $249.00 is a big difference. I don’t understand. And this service is such we can not hold for price.

A random Monday morning broken spring had me scrambling for help. A competitor was booked until Wednesday, but Precision immediately offered an on-site technician the same day in a reasonable timeframe. Harley was fantastic. He called first to confirm the appointment, let me know he might be early (which gave me time to get home from work), and then called again with an accurate ETA. On arrival, he asked questions, was very deliberate in explaining his process, and provided good/better/best options for repairs and replacements. I appreciated the motor inspection, which revealed it was close to burnout and might not even function after the springs were replaced. Replacements were quick and easy, and the new system is much quieter and more modern. Great experience...I would recommend Precision and Harley to anyone. Thanks!!

Justin was very professional handling all communications and installations in an excellent way. He took significant time explaining three approaches to our door problem and let us make the decision. After looking at each option we chose the most expensive but we never felt pressure. Concluding this afternoon 2 more men joined him, Chris and Chris. They were cheerful, communicative and also professional. The work was completed ahead of Justin’s projected time frame. Justin then took time to explain in detail the changes he had made to the doors and their quality. It’s rare for me to authorize work without a comparable quote but Justin earned my trust enough that I went ahead with the work. Jimmy from Precision was at our house within 2.5 hours of us calling the office. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had an easy to understand checklist so that I could see what parts were failing. They carry all the replacement parts on their truck so he was able to get started right away, and he had a new motor, a new belt, new rollers and keypads and remotes programmed within 90 minutes. Super efficient. Super friendly. And very cost effective. Highly recommend Jimmy and Precision Doors.
