Jimmy from Precision was at our house within 2.5 hours of us calling the office. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had an easy to understand checklist so that I could see what parts were failing. They carry all the replacement parts on their truck so he was able to get started right away, and he had a new motor, a new belt, new rollers and keypads and remotes programmed within 90 minutes. Super efficient. Super friendly. And very cost effective. Highly recommend Jimmy and Precision Doors.

Precision Door Service installed my garage door opener several years ago shortly after I moved in. I reached out again recently when my garage door was not responding consistently to the remote. The office was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician, Jonathan, was very professional, courteous, and personable. He checked the system and found the cause to the issue. The door also had worn cables, rollers, etc. from the original install years ago. These were replaced and the door now functions like new. He also helped me reconnect the system to the WiFi. I was also very pleased with the text updates for the appointment including who the technician would be along with his photo. I definitely would recommend your company and also appreciate your customer service.

Jonathan was great. He was on time, actually a little early and called me twice before he came to keep me posted about when he would arrive. I never felt pressured, as he gave me an estimate on everything that needed repaired. I called because of a broken spring, but our garage doors hadn’t really been touched for over 24 years. Jonathan gave me several estimates, from absolutely necessary right this minute, to it will need to be done at some point, and to do it all for 3 garbage doors! Jonathan gets an A+

Brian Hauser from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was an ultimate professional. He was prompt, let us know he was on the way and when to expect him. It was an emergency service and Brian took us through everything he found as he did a thorough inspection and then presented good, better and best options without being pushy. On the morning of service, we received an advance notification of the technician’s arrival.. David Allen, the tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. After inspecting our doors he provided a detailed listing of options. We chose accordingly. Dave completed the work and demonstrated how well the doors were now working. I had my new garage door opener installed by Precision a year ago and today (2/5/2024) I could not get the app to work with the door or the camera. So after many failed attempts, I called them for help. They sent a technician the same day to help. Come to find out it was more trickier than we thought. After about an hour and talking to tech support he got it all figured out and also did a routine maintenance check on the opener. To me, that’s the best service one can ask for. I highly recommend and will always use them for doors and openers! David
