Brandon was fantastic! Even called and asked if I wanted a coffee before he came. So knowledgeable. Did not push me into thinking I needed me than what I needed. I had everything but the garage door replaced. So incredibly please with the results. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.

They fit me in the same day I called, did a comprehensive inspection of my system, identified a variety of items that needed to be repaired/replaced, and got it done that afternoon. The company representative was courteous and professional. I really appreciated that he sent a picture and called ahead so I knew who to expect and when. After a bumpy start our experience with Precision ended very well. Our garage door was stuck closed with both our cars inside. We tried a couple other Garage service companies but none of them could get a tech out until the next day or later. They said they be out the same afternoon. When no one showed up I called. They explained there was a scheduling error on their part. The General Manager called to apologize and sent out their senior tech, Dave. Arriving after hours Dave helped us get the door up to get the cars out. He was willing to stay and complete the repair but we agreed to have him come back the next day. Long story short the repair was done early the next day. We were especially happy with the communications they provided us. The repair was done efficiently and we are very satisfied. Sometimes “stuff” happens but Precision went the extra yard to keep this customer happy. I would recommend them to all others
