Late Friday afternoon, the spring on our garage door broke. I immediately thought of Precision Door from the commercials I have seen on TV. I really didn't think we could get the door fixed until the following Monday, at the earliest. I was wrong, I was offered the 8-10 a.m. slot on Sunday morning. I agreed to this time. Kevin O'Hara called at 8:00am telling me he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. He sent a text with his information and his photo on it so I would know he was the man Precision was sending. He arrived in less than 20 minutes. Kevin is very personable and easy to talk to. He wrote up 3 possible scenarios for the fix of our door, allowing us to select the proper fit for us. He said it would take approximately 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Kevin and the entire process with Precision Door. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who should ask (and probably to those who don't).

We had Precision come out last year to fix a spring on one of our garage doors and they were very professional and helpful. So, when our other garage started acting up we did not hesitate to call again. We were told that someone could be here the same day between 4-6. Kevin arrived at 4:30 P.M. He was very professional. He came in and asked what problems we were having. He then looked at the door and figured out what was wrong. He then gave us prices and a timeframe of when it would be done. And then within the time frame he had the door back up and working. He was our hero.

My Sears Craftsman garage door opener hit 30 years of service last month and died today. I found these guys online via Google - searching for same day service. Chris arrived 90 minutes after I called. Very knowledgeable and professional. New Liftmaster opener, springs, rollers, etc. all installed in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.
