The technician, Jimmy, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain different options to ensure I was making an informed decision. I was also sent a Pic and bio of Jimmy prior to arrival. This was a great way to make the customer feel safe, knowing who was coming. Definitely recommend!

My Sears Craftsman garage door opener hit 30 years of service last month and died today. I found these guys online via Google - searching for same day service. Chris arrived 90 minutes after I called. Very knowledgeable and professional. New Liftmaster opener, springs, rollers, etc. all installed in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.
