Chris arrived 90 minutes after I called. Very knowledgeable and professional. New Liftmaster opener, springs, rollers, etc. all installed in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.

Jonathan appeared on time with a clean and professional attire and service van. The personal picture in the text is a nice touch as it is beneficial to validate who's comig to the door and that they are legitimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained the service I needed and provided me with a quote. All work was completed expeditiously and he cleaned up afterwards. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Our 20+ year old opener gave up on a Sunday morning. Precision has a real person to answer the phone (not an automated voice system). She was knowledgeable about the business and how they could help us. A technician was scheduled for the next day. Justin gave a thorough inspection of the whole garage door system. Before starting the replacement, he went over his inspection results and made sure I understood the options. It was amazing to watch how efficiently he went about assembling / installing the new opener. In addition to his workmanship, he was personable and friendly. All in all this was a five star experience.

While the technician explained the situation, I found the overall experience was very expense with the options given to me. On top of everything, the service charge which was $175, which was never disclosed with any of my conversations with anyone within this company. I would not recommend this company. I was expecting more from this company.
