The service Tech Robert Bongiorno was very professional and new his craft. He explained and pointed out things that was wrong with the garage door and recommended what need to be done! He told me how long the job would take and he completed the job in the time he said he would! If I have any more garage door problems, I would like Robert Bongiorno to come by and do the work! David was our technician and from the start was calling me to let me know his schedule for his day and when to expect him. He was very professional and could tell he knew what he was doing! He gave my husband and I three options and we switched a few things around for our repair to get it to fit our budget. We did have another estimate scheduled but after meeting David we canceled the other and he even stayed late to repair our doors right then!! We are so pleased with our doors that now function correctly! My hubby is so happy!! Thank you David! I will definitely recommend Precision!!

Really happy with the installer very nice and took time to explain what he would do then after went through how to operate the garage door opener how it worked and the features. Done in a timely manner. Got them out the same day I called and on time. HAPPY with the price I was charged. Will recommend company without hesitation.
