Technician Justin was on time, polite, informative, and efficient. Justin explained his diagnosis and process in plain English, so that anyone could understand. He was quick to find the problems with my doors, and speedy in his repairs. Before Justin arrived, I had one door that was barely working, and another door that didn't work at all. Best Customer Service EVER! My service time was a two-hour window. Most don't call even when they are over the time limit...but Jonathan Guffey called and let me know he was still on the previous call and kept me informed as to when he could be expected. Jonathan appeared on time with a clean and professional attire and service van. The personal picture in the text is a nice touch as it is beneficial to validate who's comig to the door and that they are legitimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained the service I needed and provided me with a quote. All work was completed expeditiously and he cleaned up afterwards. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Our 20+ year old opener gave up on a Sunday morning. Precision has a real person to answer the phone (not an automated voice system). She was knowledgeable about the business and how they could help us. A technician was scheduled for the next day. Justin gave a thorough inspection of the whole garage door system. Before starting the replacement, he went over his inspection results and made sure I understood the options. It was amazing to watch how efficiently he went about assembling / installing the new opener. In addition to his workmanship, he was personable and friendly. All in all this was a five star experience.

While the technician explained the situation, I found the overall experience was very expense with the options given to me. On top of everything, the service charge which was $175, which was never disclosed with any of my conversations with anyone within this company. I would not recommend this company. I was expecting more from this company.

When I called Precision Door Service this morning, the person who answered the phone was very courteous. She promised that someone would arrive between two and four today. Before two I received a call stating that someone would arrive early- around 1:45. When David Allen arrived at that time, I explained our problem with the garage door. He took time to examine it and showed me the areas that needed repair. After my husband and I talked, we chose the repair option that suited our needs. At that point, David began the repair work which he addressed quietly and efficiently. Once the work was complete, he contacted me and showed me the improved parts that will make our garage door work so much better! Truly, the door is amazing now! It opens and closes very quietly. The new motor has an improved design and beauty that lights up our dark garage very effectively. In short, I am very pleased with the work David did and especially impressed by his respectful and professional manner. I am grateful that Precision Door Service makes a very fine product and that their certified technician, David Allen, made this experience worth much sincere praise! Thank you very much!! We greatly appreciate it!!

BE AWARE! When you call to have one of their reps come to inspect your garage door they do in-fact state that there will be a “service fee” that will be waved if repairs are done day of visit, the mistake I made was that I didn’t ask how much that “service fee” would be. The 2 reps spent no more than 10 min assessing my garage door before giving me a much higher quote than I had expected so naturally I wanted to shop around and compare quotes, problem is they told me that the “service fee” was $175.00! for 10 min of their time. Do yourself a favor and call someone that will allow you to shop around quotes before dealing with Precision, I ended up finding someone to fix my door for $300.00 vs their $1,500.00.

Not sure what I was expecting but $175 later for a diagnostic fee that the garage door opener can’t be repaired through your services I guess I thought it could be re-connected until I could call my existing garage door company for a full work up There was no product purchased, and there was no repair done even though as far as the survey it won’t let you submit unless you choose an option of a repair, but there was no repair done

This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.
