David was our technician and from the start was calling me to let me know his schedule for his day and when to expect him. He was very professional and could tell he knew what he was doing! He gave my husband and I three options and we switched a few things around for our repair to get it to fit our budget. We did have another estimate scheduled but after meeting David we canceled the other and he even stayed late to repair our doors right then!! We are so pleased with our doors that now function correctly! My hubby is so happy!! Thank you David! I will definitely recommend Precision!!
