I booked online yesterday and had them out today the website was super easy to navigate. My garage door wasn’t operating and I figured the motor was shot. Geoffrey Grouse from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati confirmed it. He pointed out burn marks on the circuit board and explained that the damage had been building for a while, which lined up with the issues I’d been having before it finally quit. He replaced the opener, went through the whole door, and swapped out the worn parts so everything was balanced and running right. Door’s running perfectly now highly recommend.

Unbelievaible how fast and kind everyone was. I called this past Friday. The lady who took my info cared about if I had a car trapped or not. I told her it wasn't a rush because thank goodness I didn't park my car in the garage the day before. My installer Jeffrey G called me first thing Monday to let me know he was on the way. He even asked if he could pick me up a coffee since he needed to stop at the gas station. I mean how nice is that!? I liked that I had choices where I could pick basic to get the door working again or other recommended options since the door is 25+ years old. The repair was so fast I couldn't believe it. Everything is working great AND I have a warranty as well on the work. It's nice to know there are still good people and good companies. Highly recommend you call. WORTH the money to know it's done correctly.

Our garage door opener stopped working. The very next day Brandon came out and gave us three very specific options on how to fix or replace our older model of garage door opener. It was a no pressure transaction. We weighed our options and he completed the entire job that day. We did get top of the line and it does come with lots of bells and whistles, but we had the option of more conservative choices. We are very happy we called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

The installation was performed at my mother-in-law's house. I was the coordinator. I choose Precision Door because I was looking for a Lift Master dealer/installer. I tried to put a review on your website, but it says it doesnt support a secure connection. You might want to upgrade to HTTP if you want to get more reviews. Technician David Allen replaced everything in my garage because the motor etc broke down. He did an outstanding job in a short period of time. He was easy to talk to - knowledgeable about what needed to be done - and let me make my own decision as to total cost. The garage door is working great now. Precision Door replaced our door last year. The service was excellent so called when I had a problem. They dispatched David the same day. He remembered doing the door! Minor adjustment, under warranty. Did safety inspection. David was polite, knowledgeable and quick to find and fix the issue. If you need garage door installation or repair, call Precision.
