I was so relieved that David repaired my garage door. He came the morning after I called. He explained what was needed to be done. My car was in the driveway and the door would not go up. I was terrified that the storm that was heading my way would damage my car. Thank goodness for Precision Garage services.

Only issue was a broken safety sensor, the technician told me that wasn’t the problem and that I needed a whole new opener motor (mine is only 2 years old) and then quoted me $1800 for the cheapest option! Ordered a replacement sensor on Amazon after this for $18, switched it out and door works fine now; I would not recommend this company, tried to upsell for something I didn’t need and didn’t fix the actual problem. If he had done any work, such as replacing the sensor, I wouldn’t have had to pay the $149 service fee but since he did nothing, I was charged this.

David did an excellent job of installing a new garage door opener for me. He even fixed a couple of issues I had with the old door. He installed new weather stripping at the bottom, moved the manual lock to the other side where it was more accessible, and made sure the door closed all the way which it wasn't doing before. My only surprise (shock) was the cost. Much more expensive than I was expecting.

David did an outstanding job! He replaced my 27 year old Genie with a new Lift Master along with springs and rollers. He was quick and efficient. He also installed a wall mounted switch, a new keypad outside and got my Homelink set up. I was shocked to hear everything would be taken care of on the same day. David was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Precision.

Excellent from start to finish. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions about the entire process of removing an old heavy door, installing new insulated one and opener. Older house with garage under back of house with limited access and headroom he explained the options and recommendations were exactly what we needed. Great communication when new door was ready to set up install. Justin arrived on time and fully prepared. Quietly and efficiently completed all the complex removal and installation. Spent time explaining the new equipment and operation and answered our questions completely. We could not be happier with how this all turned out the new door and opener work perfectly, garage is so much warmer with the sealed and insulated panels. Looks beautiful thank you all for the professional service.

Trevor Baute was so nice that he offered me a beverage just in case I was thirsty since he was making a quick pit stop before coming to our home; amazing and very service friendly thing to do. I called several places but Precision Door has a local owner. They offered no service charge if the repair work was completed. David checked our door and explained that it wasn’t safe to try a fix on it that would cost us about 1/2 of a replacement. We got the door we wanted and a new opener installed in less than a week. Jonathon and Tyler were great. My floor isn’t level but they used a bigger seal to close the gap. Super polite, professional company. Every time someone came to the house they called before they left and offered to pick up s coffee or other drink for me. A thoughtful gesture from a company that gives you personal attention. Thanks for a great experience

Once he arrived, he did a full assessment of the garage door and provided me options for repair. He walked us through each of them in detail to help us make the best decision for our situation.
