The tech , Brad, was very good. I told him what was happening and he was quick to fix it and also point out a safety issue I had that I didn't know. One thing I really liked was that Brad didnt try to sell me anything - most companies send a sales rep to try and get the customer to spend more money. Brad didn't do that (thank goodness) - wanted to fix the problem and he did! Thank you!!

David did an amazing job repairing our garage door spring, cables and rollers as well as installing our new garage door opener! I appreciated the courtesy call to remind us of our appointment and to let us know when he was on the way! He even went above and beyond and asked if we needed anything when he stopped to get a drink on the way! So nice! We also received a text message with the his name and bio, so it didn't seem like a complete stranger coming into our house! The work he did was incredible and he did it in an extremely timely manner! I would definitely recommend him for any garage door needs!

Call and within the hour David Allen came out and explained what was wrong. Went thru options and was so friendly and went beyond perfect service. Fixed the spring and had our door working in no time. Nice to know that companies still care.

Brent was my service technician. He did a great job. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything in detail. He didn’t try to oversell me and laid out my three options. He replaced the bearing on the sides, replaced the weather stripping on the garage door, and remounted the motor which was a big help. Would definitely use the company again. Thanks Brent.

I contacted two garage door companies. The first one, 1-2 days prior to contacting Precision, I never received a response back. The 2nd company, Precision, responded IMMEDIATELY. Granted, I contacted Precision via the very convenient Live Chat option, but they had me scheduled for a repair within two hours on that same day. It was in the afternoon as well. I certainly wasn't expecting that. But they gave me a 2 hour window, and showed up on the better side of that window. So far, no negatives. When David Allen (technician) was on his way, he made a courtesy call to make me aware, and he even asked if I wanted a beverage that he'd be happy to bring me. I have NEVER been asked that. That was cool. Another positive. Once David arrived and we discussed issues / options, we proceeded with a new garage door opener. I think he had it done in about an hour and a half or so. David was very polite, answered all my questions / concerns and all was well. He did not try to persuade me into buying things that I didn't have the need for. He gave me the different price point options, and I went from there. He left the decision up to me. I will definitely be returning to Precision for any further issues I may have in regards to a garage door. I highly recommend.

Our Garage Door would not open or close properly. I have been very pleased with Precision Door Service before so I called them at 10:15am. I was then quickly scheduled for a 12-2 window with a promise that the technician would call me when he was on his way. Brian called at 11:30 and came shortly thereafter. When he got here he quickly analyzed the situation, told me what he planned to do, and efficiently completed the task. Thank you Precision Door for your continued excellent service.

Brett did an outstanding job. Provided options, and solutions. Not only did perform his job in a timely manner, but he also informed you of all the work being done. Brett offered to pick up and iced tea for me on the way over. He also hauled away from some junk taking up space in the garage. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. This was beyond a five-star job.
