Door was caught by my wife upon leaving. Damage to lower section. With winter weather on the way needed to have repaired so critters couldn't get in. Remember add I saw on tv so I looked them up to find that their customers had high opinions of their employees and work ethics. Talked to office to arrange service call. Next day Jim Schmidt called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival he made a total system review with various possible actions for repair. Choice was made and he went to work. After about two hours door looked like new. Operation was smooth and very quiet. All I can say is Jim has a very strong work ethic so his knowledge and abilities met my personal demands. How I know about this is my job over fifty years demanded the same. When future door work is necessary I will be a return customer. Spreading the word on Precision door will be my mantra do to their quality actions. Thank you

The work was completed professionally and my garage door operates smoothly now. The TorqueMaster conversion to exposed double springs was handled correctly, and they used quality parts. However, the $2,000+ cost raises questions. Either this service was extremely overpriced, or they changed parts that weren’t needed for a broken spring. I’m uncertain whether the whole overhaul was necessary when only the spring was broken.

I called precision to come look at my garage door. The operator was very professional and scheduled a same day appointment. Chris was dispatched out and was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. After he figured out the issues 3 different options were given price wise. Did not commit to the service because I didn’t realize the extent of what we needed and the cost so going to get a second opinion but start to finish was top notch in communication and customer service.

I appreciated the same day service. Jimmy couldn't have been more polite and informative, on time and good communication. On the down side, pricing was completely ridiculous. To replace 2 springs on one door the costing was over $1200, nearly 3x's the cost are from other leading service providers were (A&E). I ultimately went back to my primary service provider and the same service out the door was $459. When I asked why they were so high, was told that Precision uses 'powder coated' springs vs oil dipped. If pricing would have been just a bit reasonable, I would have went with Precision but whey pay nearly 3xs the cost for a basic repair.

I called Precision when my garage door suddenly stopped working. Their representative was very helpful in setting up an appointment for me at my convenience. Overall install was as expected. Warranty is the only benefit I see. I was robbed as I contacted two other shops this morning to make myself feel good with the decision. Oh boy was I wrong because they would install the same opener for $1000 less. Avoid if you can, I learned my lesson, please shop local!

Kevin O'Hara did a great job from start to finish. He diagnosed several issues with both garage doors and presented options to remedy the issues. Both doors are quieter now and are running like new.

I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. He did a great job on the install a lot quicker than I thought he would. The price for what I received in my opinion was pretty good. I would highly recommend this company and Seth.

The service is eay over priced and the technician was very pushy. I had to ask him to leave multiple times because I wanted a second opinion. He tried to start the work before I was home to give and consent. He also tried to sell us a new motor when mine isn't broken. He wanted $1900 for a conversion unit. He also lied telling me that the company that built my garage was out of business. They aren't. Then he tried to impose a service charge when the website clearly states that there isn't one if no work is completed. Do NOT use this company.
