I have seen Precision ads on TV in the mornings, so when my garage door broke on a Sunday, I reached out via chat on their website before 6am on Monday. I was able to chat with someone and schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Before the tech arrived, there was excellent, clear information provided and a text was sent with the tech's picture and bio. Very impressive! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service! Thank you.

Robert did all he could to repair the existing opener. Took great care to trouble shoot the problem, but in the end the opener was shot and needed to be replaced. He explained the different types and Warranty Options on each. I was very happy with my decision to replace the opener and upgrade to better springs. The new modern features are a nice treat. Works great and is so much smoother and quite. Thanks for taking all the time to work on my opener and installing my new one, it is very much appreciated.

Our main spring to open the garage door busted overnight so I called to request service. I was very gratefully surprised that Precision was able to come out as a last minute emergency, as my car was in the garage and needed the garage door open so I can get out. Brian Payne came out and was so incredibly nice, courteous and gracious. I was home and my husband was at work, Brian was wonderful enough to let me call my husband so Brian can explain the different options available and make a decision on which fix we wanted. There was no pressure on getting the more expensive versus the least expensive. Brian allowed us the chance to make our own choice, although we did go with the more expensive one anyway since it had the lifetime guaranty. Brian did a great job and we look forward to a working garage door!!
