The repair was very fast and the technician was awesome. I would only recommend checking around for prices before scheduling. I had 3 springs replaced for 2 doors and all the side gears and wire replaced and it was $2000.

We tried a few numbers and yours was one that really answered and were able to show up the same day. Our garage door failed on Friday night, we called Saturday morning and where able to show up between 4 and 6. The young man, I am sorry I don't remember his name and called us at 2:30 and arrived by 3. He was exceeding friendly, smiling and full of energy. He worked gently on the door for two and half hours, friendly all the time. He explained everything for us and left information if we had any problems. He was one of the best helpers we have had.

I found Precision Overhead Door locally through Google and read the great reviews, which swayed my decision to go with this company. The technician Justin was great and made sure to explain very well in detail what he would recommend and why. It was no pressure going with the option we chose. Justin was fast and accurate and very professional. The price was great in the end and my garage door is fixed and working nice.

I contacted Precision because my garage door stopped working. There was an oil odor coming from the garage door motor. Jonathan was on time and worked continually. Pre-work phone calls and texts. He inspected the doors and presented us with 3 corrective options. No sales pressure, just options and facts. He answered all of our questions and gave us full explanations. He had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the job with him. Following the installation, we were given an overview and a demonstration of all the work he had done. The entire job was done in under 3 hours and the area left cleaner than it was before. We are so glad our neighbor recommended Precision to us.

Robert was very good he went above and beyond to explain and make sure I understand what needed to be done and why!!! He replaced our spring as it has broken and replaced cable and rollers on both doors!!!! He took pictures and told me what was wrong and presented me with options and I made decisions on what I wanted done!!! I asked about replacing our doors he said they are still in good shape!!! I highly recommend him because he takes his time and truly cares
