Called precision garage door because of your excellent rating on google and mostly great customer reviews. Brian Payne was the tech who did repairs to two garage doors. He was very nice and friendly and gave great customer service (even offered to bring me a cup of coffee)! He is knowledgeable about his work and did a great job. If I need any garage repair or replace in the future I will use Precision and request Brian Payne.

He gave several options as well so that we could make the best decision based on our needs. He was courteous & knowledgeable about all aspects of the services that he could provide. I called Precision on May 21, 2019 because my garage door would not open; the spring broke, etc. Mr. Ranier Salcedor arrived and reviewed my problem. He gave me three quotes; two were for repair costs and one was for a replacement door. Due to the age of the door, I elected to replace my door. Ray arrived at 8:15 AM the following morning and installed my new garage door. He did an outstanding job. Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of garage doors!!!
