My husband is unable to do the necessary repairs so I called Precision. Harley was to repair our opener but ended up replacing toe opener. He is top quality at what he does. He was right on time, did an outstanding job checking out the old opener and replacing it with a new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to any and all that may need service! Easy process, book on the web or by phone. Tech, Kevin, called 30 minutes out to say he's on his way, arrived at scheduled time. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. Repair was made on site, no going for parts or multiple trips for service, back up an running in no time. Great experience.

Had a very good experience with this company. Garage door spring broke Friday night, when I called, I didn't have to leave a message and appointment was made for Saturday morning. Our tech was Kevin and he was wonderful! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job.

I was able to have service within 12 hours of my call. The technician phoned ahead to let me know when he would arrive and he was prompt, courteous and reliable. The service provided by Jonathan Guffey was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. After assessing the issue I was given a clear path and options to try first to resolve the problem. Jonathan was very efficient with his time as we tried one item by one to correct. In the end he resolved the problem, as I mentioned the work was completed in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He assisted with setting up the new keyless entry and the wireless connection with the MyQ app for remote operation. Extremely polite and not pushy with his time. Very pleased with the work he completed.
