Brandon was a very kind, honest, person without any pressure... he made sure we understood the product and wanted what we bought, and so far, it is a great improvement on what we had... we would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a garage door, or opener system... I called Thursday afternoon with a broken cable. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris called us early Friday to confirm. Called us again within 30 minutes of arrival. Could not have asked for a better technician. He was so polite, clean, friendly but most importantly, Chris knew his job. Would definitely want him back if further work was needed!
