new cust. for precision door. tech called and let me know his was in route, even asked if I needed him to stop and pick up anything for me on his way, what a thoughtful thing to do. Brent S. was the tech he was very professional and knew his job well. He found the problem with our opener ad replaced it along with other parts. he was a very good worker and fixed our door very quickly. very happy.. with Brent S.

5 stars +. First, I had an appointment set for less than 24 hours from the time of my call. I was offered an appointment window the same day of my call. A text message was received prior to Terry Whites arrival including a Bio and picture; Terry arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Terry showed me the problem and explained everything that needed done, then he fixed the issue. Terry was fantastic! Highly recommend based on my experience.
