We initially called your company from an ad on tv and have heard good things about your service. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick we were given an appointment for service the next morning. Johnathan arrived and throughout fixing our door was very neat and clean and checked everything and then informed me that the circuit board was going bad but would probably last a year or two. I first thought he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Then after thinking about it, realized he was just giving me the facts. I decided to purchase the new opener so as to not worry about it in the future. I appreciate the service. You should be proud of Johnathan and the reputation that is portrayed.

Justin was very professional and friendly. He called me twice to keep me in the loop on his arrival time and was very prompt. He did a safety check, inspected the doors and diagnosed the problem in a very timely manner. He then fixed the problem and took the time to explain to me everything that he discovered and showed me what he did to correct the problem. Justin was very courteous and did a fantastic job!

Wonderful experience, first company I called with great reviews that could come out the quickest. Very friendly and professional service. We were given many options to choose from with the repairs that were needed. Once our new motors were installed we were walked through the set up process with both doors, keyless entry pads and the app on our phones. Dave also programmed our cars with the new remotes. Just an awesome experience all around.

Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

We really appreciate the promptness of coming to repair our garage door. Our phone call was answered quickly and the representative answering was courteous and scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. Dave, the technician who did the necessary repairs was very professional and courteous. He took time to examine the door and then provided detailed information about needed repairs. He was at our home for about 4 hours working diligently to do the necessary work and even took time to set up remote controls from the car and keypad. If We could give more than 5 stars, we would! My garage door spring broke (with the door down), in the morning and was repaired same day. This was important since my only vehicle was trapped inside the garage. It was not possible to lift the door manually. The service repairman, Johnathan Guffey, even arrived earlier than scheduled. He worked in the pouring rain to insure same day service. He was very friendly as well as knowledgable. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing same day response.
