Our technician, Justin was outstanding. He patiently diagnosed the problem with our garage door and explained in detail what he found to be the causes of the problems. He then provided options to fix it and explained what would be involved and the differences in each option. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. Once a decision was made, Justin professionally and to such a high standard of excellence installed new equipment and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Geoff was able to come out early on a Sunday morning and get everything repaired and functioning properly again within a couple hours. Geoff was very friendly and extremely professional.
