I would recommend to shop around and get multiple quotes before choosing to move forward with Precision Door. We were quoted $1,500-$4,000 for a simple garage door repair. We received quotes from other reputable companies and selected the quote that provided a solution that met standard safety requirements to operate at the lowest cost. The competitor cost for the repair was $275. Over $1,000 less expensive than their lowest cost quote.

When my spring broke and caused my opener to break, Precision came out 1 business day later. They prefaced the appointment with a call to understand what was going on and to inform me what to expect. Chris called me the morning of to let me know when he would be over and let me know he’d call 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Upon arrival Chris spoke to me and took the time to understand the problems, inform me of their process and then present me with several options for the repair. Upon choosing an option, Chris got to work and had my door in good working order shortly and explained what he did and the warranty on the work. Very professional, prompt, informative company. Would highly recommend! NOTE: If I had to note any negative it would be as others have said the price was much higher than anticipated however I was previously unfamiliar with garage repair so I really had no fair basis for what to expect.

We want to give a BIG shout out to Jonathan. He called before coming, arrived on time. He gave options and solutions to our garage door issue with no pressure to purchase. He had everything with him to complete the job at the time. When he called, he said he was going to stop and get something cold to drink, like water, Gatorade and even asked if we would like something.

Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

First our response was excellent, They were my 3rd call and the others were very lax in their response and getting to me as needed. Precision came in a few hours. They even gave me follow up calls to keep me posted. Their technician was very polite and thorough with what was needed. Once we got the information we gave them the business. Once the work was finished he went back through giving me plenty of confidence the door was fixed properly. Our tech was very sharp and professional in every way. We have had homes for 50 plus years. Brian Hauser from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was an ultimate professional. He was prompt, let us know he was on the way and when to expect him. I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door.
