Chris Woods was the technician who came out to fix my blunder. While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously. In less than 24 hours Chris was able to come out and fix everything perfectly. Not only did he get the door back on track but he made all the needed repairs in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Chris was very polite and offered to pick me up a beverage while enroute to my house. He also provided some useful safety information about my door. Thank you Chris! You are a very competent professional and a great representative for Precision!

Kevin came today and replaced our burned out garage door opener. He showed us three different options we could get. After choosing one, he immediately went out and did the work. He also replaced the springs. It only took him a little over an hour to complete. He was very professional and explained the features of the new opener and answered our questions. Justin N. came out within 20 minutes of my service call (garage door intermittently reverses and descends). He called and asked a few questions, before he arrived. Justin N. explained everything in detail prior to beginning. He even checked our functional door. He spoke with clarity and knowledge. He gave me options to have a functional garage door. A full explanation was given before work was started. Questions were answered before and during installation. Used parts were shown to me and I was able to see what caused the breakdown of the door. Work site was cleaned and returned to normal. Would definitely recommend to my friends. The technician was very polite, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him as the technician to request. Very happy with job.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues
