Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!

Kevin O'Hara, the technician sent to our home, first, was able to move our appointment to an earlier time, which was outstanding since it was Sunday. Second, he was immediately able to find the issue of the service call. This issue was covered under our warranty. It's rare in this day and age to find a company to provide service on Sunday, come early, send a true professional, such as Kevin, complete the job to perfection and have a warranty cover all charges. Precision Garage should be your go to company should you have a need. Ask for Kevin O'Hara he'll not let you down.

Our garage door header spring broke at 630am when my wife was leaving to pick up our granddaughter for school. She and I finally got the door open. I remembered your commercial and called. My experience with this company was excellent, beginning with the upfront call to set up the appointment to the end of the repair visit. All parties involved were very professional. The plans were explained to me with no pressure to buy one over the other; I got to choose what was best for my circumstances. I was shown what the issues were, and after the repairs were made, was shown where the repairs were made and the additional items I received. I am definitely pleased with a much brighter light for my garage and the sensor lights. Overall, I am happy with this experience, this company, and very happy to recommend them. Garage door spring broke on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next day. The communication from Jimmy about arrival was clear and appreciated. He arrived and we reviewed what happened. He explained what he was going to look at before he started. Upon completion of his inspection, he reviewed with me in details the service options. Very clear and easy to understand the differences between the choices. Low pressure as the choices were all mine to make. Upon making the service choice, Jimmy completed the work and reviewed everything that was completed. Overall, very professional, courteous and clear communicator. I haven't been able to open my garage door since maybe November of last year. I procrastinated for months, but it was getting to the point where I really needed to mow my lawn. I finally made an appointment, and was very impressed with the quality of service. Chris called 20 minutes ahead of the appointment to verify that we were still on schedule and arrived right on time. He clearly explained my options, the prices, and the warranty. Within two hours, he had my garage door repaired. He was very friendly and professional.

Had a great experience today getting our garage door fixed. Called for service and had a technician, Kevin, at my house within 45 mins. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options for repair. The work was performed very quickly and our garage door was running better than ever. Kevin was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had Precision Overhead door in June of 2025 install a new Torque system instead of the spring system that was the current system on the door. They did a wonderful job. I recently had a problem with the door not closing all the way at times. I called and they sent Kevin out the very next day. He checked it out and adjusted some wiring and it works like new. Kevin was very nice and extremely efficient. I give Precision Overhead door and Kevin five gold stars.

My technician was Christophe Woods My spring broke and I called immediately the scheduled me the next morning. My spring broke but I also had issues with my opener. Chris assessed everything and went through throughly what was going on. He repaired my spring and installed an opener. He then walked me through on how to set up and use my opener. He is very professional and knowledgeable! I can’t say nothing but positive things about Chris! I really appreciate you taking the time and doing a great job for me! The prices on the other hand was shocking but I haven’t had to do anything with my garage for a few years. Everything is expensive now! Thanks so much Chris!
