Precision Overhead Garage is the BEST! I have been doing research to which company is the best before I decided to call POG. Our garage doors were really bad for years. Only one was working and it was not even in good shape that every time we open and close made me worried. Thinking that it might drop to the floor. Their staff are very professional and very attentive of your concerns. We had Luke and Jonathan. Both are very nice gentlemen. I am very satisfied of Jonathan's job today. I am happy that I had POG worked on my garage doors. I am Highly Recommended to people to have POG to work on your garage doors. They are the BEST!

We had seen commercials for Precision and decided to call them based on their BBB rating and reviews. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. David Lenhardt came out and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The spring was broken and David was thorough in explaining the different options for repair and longevity. He took the time to answer all of our questions so we could make an informed decision on the best option. We are very pleased with the quick repair and lifetime warranty. David provided outstanding service!

David came to my home, and he was so polite.He called to tell me he was on his way, he said he was going to stop to get water or coffee, and he offered to get me something..I have never ever had repair person ask me if I wanted something also..He explained everything to me and was very patient in doing so. My old garage door opener stopped working and was making a humming noise. I knew the opener was at least two decades old and was probably burnt up. The technician was very professional and showed me the problem with the old unit and gave me several option for new units. I bought a new chain drive unit and he installed the unit very quickly. I was also given a discount for being a military veteran. I was very satisfied with the technician's job and the new unit!

I had a broken spring on one garage door and under-performing springs on the other, as well as worn bushings and rollers. Technician David Allen was on time in the arrival window and gave me a 30-minute heads-up call as well. He thoroughly explained to me the problem areas of both doors and offered different solution options to get both working in top condition. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient with me. Once I approved the work he competently and efficiently fixed it all. He even helped talk me through some carburator repair on my lawn mower! What a guy! Thanks again!

I have used Precision before and was very pleased. This time I was very disappointed. My garage door is stuck in the closed position. I can't get it open. My lawn mower is in there and I need to get it out because my grass is out of control. The technician looked at it for 10 minutes and decided he would spend his time writing up a quote for a new door instead of opening the door. The "quote" was full of errors. He did not know the name brand of the door. It is clearly stamped on the handle "Clopay". He just listed it as an 8' X 7' door. It is in fact a custom size door 80" X 72"! He also sent me a text saying he finished some other jobs and could he come early? I called the company and asked them to send him a message to call me. He did and said " He was told that if we had an opening I wanted him to come early" ! Liar! I will not use Precision again and anyone I know will not!

Precision installed my garage door opener about 2-1/2 years ago. A couple weeks ago it was sometimes not closing All the way - it would go partially down and then open up again. The technician today was Robert Bongiorno. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about the App for my phone and I asked him if he would install it for me. He kindly took care of that and walked me through how to use it. I asked him if he would put new batteries in my two remotes which he also did for me. This was a wonderful experience and speaks very highly for the integrity of your company.

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the garage door if it had to be opened manually and also how to read the codes on the control panel. Also, explained other aspects of the opener, force settings, etc. I appreciated the time he spent with me explaining the different features.
