Johnathan and Jimmy stopped out to inspect two garage door openers that stopped working. Johnathan called the morning of service to let me know I was on the schedule and give an estimated time of service, he also called to let me know when they were on the way so I could be prepared. I loved the fact that I received a photo and bio of the technician coming to my house, that level of safety is amazing! Once here, Johnathan and Jimmy listened to my concerns and were quick to inspect both openers and diagnose the issue. Johnathan offered multiple options for repair and advised additional safety upgrades due to the age of our openers. I did not feel pressured to buy more than what was needed. I feel extremely informed the entire time and any questions or concerns had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs!!

He replaced two 29 year old Craftsman garage door systems with two new Lift Master systems complete with new springs, rollers, indoor controllers, outside keypads and got the app setup on my phone. Your employee, Justin, is a great employee and represents your company so well. He asked me a lot of questions before he started about the problem and really listened so he understood what was needed. He was so very patient, kind, and understanding to the young woman on the phone and me when we were troubleshooting an IT type issue. He was very engaged and just made me feel like my problem was not unimportant and had his full attention. Justin should get a raise or bonus for all the work he had to do this morning on my opener and with having to contend with my dogs and my stupidity. He is a great guy! Justin’s parents and his boss should be so proud of the wonderful young man they have raised. I love this company and have been with them since 2011 and would never use any one else. They have a great staff, great product, and coverage for their products. They are quick to respond when other companies I have called are days to weeks out for service.

Precision Door Service installed my garage door opener several years ago shortly after I moved in. I reached out again recently when my garage door was not responding consistently to the remote. The office was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician, Jonathan, was very professional, courteous, and personable. He checked the system and found the cause to the issue. The door also had worn cables, rollers, etc. from the original install years ago. These were replaced and the door now functions like new. He also helped me reconnect the system to the WiFi. I was also very pleased with the text updates for the appointment including who the technician would be along with his photo. I definitely would recommend your company and also appreciate your customer service.
