First our response was excellent, They were my 3rd call and the others were very lax in their response and getting to me as needed. Precision came in a few hours. They even gave me follow up calls to keep me posted. Their technician was very polite and thorough with what was needed. Once we got the information we gave them the business. Once the work was finished he went back through giving me plenty of confidence the door was fixed properly. Our tech was very sharp and professional in every way. We have had homes for 50 plus years. This was the best encounter with all of the local companies. Our 5 star rating goes out to Precision. Their tech certainly earned our satisfaction and praise. The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. Brian Hauser from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was an ultimate professional. He was prompt, let us know he was on the way and when to expect him. It was an emergency service and Brian took us through everything he found as he did a thorough inspection and then presented good, better and best options without being pushy. He repair everything and left the garage cleaner than he found it. Would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! You've got a gem employee there.

Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use. Justin did a great job and I would highly recommend him. I chose Precision because they said there trucks are fully stocked and I needed my door fixed today. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Joe- As always your garage door products, service and life time warranty is the absolute best in the industry, hands down and bar none!!! Johnathan Guffey the installer for our new opener arrived within the scheduled time, he was professional, took time to explain the issue we had with our old 11 yr old opener and installed, programmed not just the opener but also the new key pad, remote opener’s for cars both new and reprogrammed the old ones, in addition to the manufacturer vehicle push button remote opener’s in our vehicles. He answered questions and wasted no time getting the job done. He also adjusted the springs on the garage door. Johnathan was very thorough, cleaned up all trash, and made sure we were happy with the install. Hands down the only garage door company my wife and I will recommend! Be proud of the employees you have working for you sir, they are top notch and represent your company very well!

Scheduled an appointment online on a Sunday. Monday morning their technician Brian was at my house. Brian called prior to the appointment to confirm and sent a picture for safety. Problem diagnosed, repair quoted and door fixed within a few hours. Thanks Precision.
