I had my new garage door opener installed by Precision a year ago and today (2/5/2024) I could not get the app to work with the door or the camera. So after many failed attempts, I called them for help. They sent a technician the same day to help. Come to find out it was more trickier than we thought. After about an hour and talking to tech support he got it all figured out and also did a routine maintenance check on the opener. To me, that’s the best service one can ask for. I highly recommend and will always use them for doors and openers! David

I found your technican,, David Erickson, on time, sociable, friendly@, thoughtful because he called me to give an estimate TOA and that was accurate. David explained all that was needed following a thorough inspection. Garrett was my technician and did a masterful job of diagnosing the issue that has been going on with my five year old garage door since it was new. The company that installed it, who shall remain nameless. Try to fix it on three different occasions, and was not able.
