Garrett was my technician and did a masterful job of diagnosing the issue that has been going on with my five year old garage door since it was new. The company that installed it, who shall remain nameless. Try to fix it on three different occasions, and was not able. Garrett diagnosed it within 15 minutes of being at my residence Showed me the issue and gave me several different options. The door has never been quieter or worked better. I strongly recommend that you call this company. They do an incredible job.

We had some issues spring up over the weekend with our garage door. David came out on time and provided us several quotes based on what we discussed initially, and even pointed out the same problem was beginning on our other door. He was very informative and described exactly what he’d be fixing up front. Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

Technician was on time. Dave Eihler was polite. He explained everything he was doing. He did the inspection and told me what he found. I decided to go with the full service so l have a warranty on the work. He said the opener probably should be replaced. I decided to wait on that for a while due to tax and insurance season, but I will call him later to replace it. Wish they could have done it for free, but wish in one hand and so on. I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.
