Harley was very knowledgeable and very courteous. When he called ahead, he insured that the timeframe for our appointment was still good for us. He had to stop and get gasoline for his vehicle and he offered to bring us coffee or water or anything we needed. He gave us three options for repairing our garage door. We really appreciated that. Chris Woods was the technician who came out to fix my blunder. While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously. In less than 24 hours Chris was able to come out and fix everything perfectly. Not only did he get the door back on track but he made all the needed repairs in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Chris was very polite and offered to pick me up a beverage while enroute to my house. He also provided some useful safety information about my door. Thank you Chris! You are a very competent professional and a great representative for Precision!

I found Precision Overhead Garage Door on Google and decided to look at their reviews. After going through their reviews and reviews of several other companies, I chose to go with them. Harley showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with multiple options on repairing the issue as well as Working through other options with me. The work was done the same day and our garage door was back and operational before noon. I am very pleased with Harley and his work as well as the company and would highly recommend them.

Kevin came today and replaced our burned out garage door opener. He showed us three different options we could get. After choosing one, he immediately went out and did the work. He also replaced the springs. It only took him a little over an hour to complete. He was very professional and explained the features of the new opener and answered our questions. We are very happy with the service we received today.

Justin N. came out within 20 minutes of my service call (garage door intermittently reverses and descends). He called and asked a few questions, before he arrived. Justin N. explained everything in detail prior to beginning. He even checked our functional door. He spoke with clarity and knowledge. He gave me options to have a functional garage door. Additionally he gave me options on improving the door’s stability, functionality and safety. Justin N. was the most kind professional I’ve used, for any home repair. He completed the work with precision and accuracy. After, Justin N. showed me all the repairs and install. He then gave me step-by-step instructions for what he did, and how to operate the unit. A full explanation was given before work was started. Questions were answered before and during installation. Used parts were shown to me and I was able to see what caused the breakdown of the door. Work site was cleaned and returned to normal. Would definitely recommend to my friends. The technician was very polite, very courteous and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues

I called and got a great technician out the next day. Jonathan let me know he was on the way. Great communication and very courteous. He and Harley did a great job installing the new openers and explaining the operation with me afterward, including having me set the code for the outside keypads. They also assessed other parts that needed to be replaced after 15+ years. Highly recommended!

The job that John did really shocked us for the garage door was in better shape when he was finished than when the garage door was first installed 13 years ago. We love that it is so quiet and runs so smooth.
