The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. Based on your high review ratings and the fact that you specialize in garage doors, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was recommended by my brother. Prior to arrival, the Technician, David Lenhardt, called to introduce himself and to provide me with his estimated arrival time. He was timely and has excellent customer service skills. He completed his assessment quickly and provided me with the options available to me regarding the repair of my garage door without trying to upsell me.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. He showed up at 12:30, and completed the repairs after going over what needed to be done. If I ever need any other garage door repairs, this IS the company I'll call. thankyou,

Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment. They did it in a very timely manner. The whole process was trouble free. Can’t say enough about this company. I’m extremely happy with the job they did for me. Thank you Precision Door Service!

What a fantastic experience we had with getting new garage doors installed. The ease of getting the previous appointment and just the friendliness of the staff were just a welcome experience. Today we had Trevor come out and install our new garage doors and he was so friendly and just a really great guy who obviously cares about the job he does. He did a fantastic job and took the extra steps where the little things make a huge difference. What an awesome experience so if you are looking for a company who cares about their customers and does a fantastic job with awesome employees, look no further!!
