I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues

Appreciated the same day inspection and full service completion of needed repairs /installation. David offered an honest assessment and recommendations. He took great care with the installation both in placement and cosmetic factors, for example wiring. Overall great experience!

We are a repeat Precision customer and couldn't be more happy with the professionalism and quality of service received. From the initial call to the timely arrival and communication, the technician (Jimmy) was attentive and considerate, explained what he was doing and took the time to ensure we were knowledgeable on how to operate the options we chose. We feel very comfortable knowing that we can call Precision any time we have an issue and our problem will be addressed with urgency and care. Highly recommend!

I called and got a great technician out the next day. Jonathan let me know he was on the way. Great communication and very courteous. He and Harley did a great job installing the new openers and explaining the operation with me afterward, including having me set the code for the outside keypads. They also assessed other parts that needed to be replaced after 15+ years. Highly recommended!

Precision Door was quick to respond, had someone out the day my door broke, and was able to clearly explain the issues to me. Everyone I worked with was very personable and willing to help in any way possible. My door technician/installer, Keon, was fantastic. He was informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions. Keon provided stellar service and installed my door quickly. I appreciated the level of care he displayed. This is the second time i've used Precision Door, and I absolutely would again (hopefully I don't have any more issues though!)

The job that John did really shocked us for the garage door was in better shape when he was finished than when the garage door was first installed 13 years ago. We love that it is so quiet and runs so smooth.

Called to have a door wheel and bracket put back on. Came out and quoted me an outrageous price of $1355 to fix it. I told him I wasnt paying that much for a wheel and a brace and 30 minutes of work and he charged me a $150 service fee. All he did was come out and take a look and then ripped me off for $150. AE door did it for $211 and my garage door works fine now. I want my money back. Ripped off

Quick service... the representative arrived within just a few hours of my initial phone call. Service representative (Justin N) was extremely professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to listen to all my concerns, and to answer all my questions. Justin was also very respectful of my property. Precision Door may charge a little bit more than some of the other companies in town, however it is clear that their parts are of a higher quality, and their warranties also appear to be superior to other companies. I highly recommend Precision Door. -RJ

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home. My technician was very thorough and stayed late to make sure everything was working properly and I knew how to work the new keypad and remote for the unit. He explained step by step, the operation and features of the new opener as well as the cost of the different options I could choose from considering my budget.
