Per my computer query I received a call from Angi's list and arranged a date and time for service. Became aware of Company when I received a call notifying me of time of arrival. Technician arrived timely, analyzed the situation and presented me with options. He performed the repairs in an efficient, effective manner. Very pleased with the experience, starting with the timeliness of the initial contact, the pleasant and professional demeanor of the technician, and the end result.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.

Technician was on time. Dave Eihler was polite. He explained everything he was doing. He did the inspection and told me what he found. I decided to go with the full service so l have a warranty on the work. He said the opener probably should be replaced. I decided to wait on that for a while due to tax and insurance season, but I will call him later to replace it. Wish they could have done it for free, but wish in one hand and so on. I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

What a fantastic experience we had with getting new garage doors installed. The ease of getting the previous appointment and just the friendliness of the staff were just a welcome experience. Today we had Trevor come out and install our new garage doors and he was so friendly and just a really great guy who obviously cares about the job he does. He did a fantastic job and took the extra steps where the little things make a huge difference. The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. Based on your high review ratings and the fact that you specialize in garage doors, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was recommended by my brother. Prior to arrival, the Technician, David Lenhardt, called to introduce himself and to provide me with his estimated arrival time. He was timely and has excellent customer service skills. He completed his assessment quickly and provided me with the options available to me regarding the repair of my garage door without trying to upsell me.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. He showed up at 12:30, and completed the repairs after going over what needed to be done. If I ever need any other garage door repairs, this IS the company I'll call. thankyou,

Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. We had some issues spring up over the weekend with our garage door. David came out on time and provided us several quotes based on what we discussed initially, and even pointed out the same problem was beginning on our other door. He was very informative and described exactly what he’d be fixing up front. Once we settled on the work to be done, he completed it quickly and efficiently and even had us come out and see it all before he packed up. Very friendly, very professional, and gave us a lot of confidence it was done correctly. Thanks David!
